I am beyond blessed that I chose Zipperer State Farm as a customer and new employee. Unfortunately, I was in an accident and my car is totaled. Just had a GREAT experience with Kolby and Brienna Faxvog moving several policies over to their office. Both Kolby and Bri were genuinely great listeners, they came up with creative solutions that actually fit my needs without breaking the bank, and I'm happy to say all my policies are finally getting consolidated under one roof. Feels great to finally have this checked off my to-do list, and would not have been possible without Kolby and team, thanks guys!!

Not only is he rude but so are his staff. I’m trying to still figure out how they had an old number for my husband. He hasn’t had that phone number in over a decade. His staff don’t care about customer service. Not one of them knew what they were doing. Honestly feels like all the care about it is a pay check vs the customer and what they need. So glad I found an agent that will listen to me and my families concerns. Oh and I have been with State Farm for nine years. And our previous agents were absolutely amazing and fantastic.

While I haven’t had the pleasure of working with Kolby in his role as a State Farm agent, I can confidently say that he is one of the most hard working, selfless, and empathetic individuals I’ve ever come across in my life as a young professional. Kolby's professionalism is unmatched. Having recently separated from the military, I was pleased to discover that Kolby is a veteran himself. Go Navy! Not only did he understand the struggles of service members transitioning back into civilian life, he offered valuable advice that far exceeded any obligation he had to me as a customer. What started as a routine inquiry about car/renters insurance; ended with plenty of laughs, an affordable rate, and the undeniable sense that I had made the right decision.
