Tenants need to qualify based on household income - adjusted for their household size - at the time of their initial lease. Income is defined as the gross amount of income anticipated to be received by all members of the household, with some exceptions, during the twelve (12) month period following the certification.

These seem like really nice apartments. Good reviews. The exterior looks clean and nice, and close to I - 285.
I'm giving this place TWO stars because I've been trying to get in touch with someone regarding availability or waiting list for a while now and no one has responded to my voice messages and no one ever answers the phone.

This is a nice place to live for active seniors. Good price, good area, convenient to shopping, access to I-285.
Negatives: Small laundry facility on premises...no WD connect in apts.; Access to parking, but not secured.
Positives: Group activities, nice neighbors, exercise room etc.
Management: Professional and Courteous!

Can't say enough good things about the crew at Northlake, Sheena has been patient and extremely helpful from the first time I met her, and she and Dana continue to be so. Joseph is a God send to us all, any problems we bring to him are resolved quickly and efficiently. I never worry about my animals if something needs serviced and I'm not at home, Joseph ensures they are safe. Thank you all!!!

I was having a problem with my fire detected in my apartment. Joseph came in and checked the problem right away. While I was away, the fire detected went off again. Joseph call me to let me know that my apartment was OK, and not worry, he had everything under control. Joseph got in touch with the proper party to fix the problem with my fire detected, and the contractors was out the next day to fix the problem. Joseph was very professional and caring, and my problems was taking care of. Thank You again Joseph.

My ice maker was giving me problems dispensing ice. I stopped in the office the Friday after Thanksgiving and spoke to Joseph. He immediately identified the problem and made the necessary adjustments. I am so pleased with the customer service, and the consideration shown by both Sheena and Joseph. They are an awesome team. During my stay at Northlake Senior Apartments Sheena has been most helpful going above and beyond the call of duty . She provide positive assistant to my wife and I. On a star of 1 through 5 I would rank her a 6 plus. She always exceed my expectations as Apartment Manager. She desires to be acknowledge and rewarded. Furthermore she has been helpful to all the resident at Northlake. She is a keeper!

Miss Dana was so patient with me during the acceptance process. She took all my phone calls as I was so excited and anxious to become part of this community.
Mr Joseph seems to be everywhere all the time. You can always find him to help with any issue (I’ve only had 1 small one). He is friendly and always smiling despite his hard, long hours here.
I really enjoy it here. The apts are quiet, as I don’t hear anything. I can decorate to my heart’s desire.
Only thing I would change is having an elevator at both ends of the building - but that’s a corporate issue.
