So let me start with the good thing. James from the rent office is awesome. He is understanding and will work with you. The apartments are really quiet and there is not a lot of issues. Now for the bad. The front gate hardly works. They charge fees for every single thing. You cannot have anything on your patio. They are over priced. The amenities are only open when rent office is open so working residents cannot use. They are slow fixing issues.

Between AC issues, the "security" gate not working for nearly the entire time I have been here, and the pool that has been closed all summer and remains empty - there are no real amenities.

Mr. Pinder & Keosha go above and beyond to make sure that all request are done in a timely manner. The Park at Greatstone is affordable, safe, and extremely professional. I enjoyed the safety of the gated community and the various events that were held for residents. This apartment is great for its affordability as well as its commitment to quality housing.

I used to love living here but I can’t wait to move.This is the 4th time I’ve came home and had no water and no one will call to follow up to tell you there is no water.The lack of communication from the office will infuriate you.One thing they do make sure they do is send you rent is due reminder message.
The actual property:The gates always… broken. We have no real security. We have rats by the dumpster and mailbox. No one in the office has any corporate information to help you.Even if your unit is not renovated they are charging that price.

I’m disappointed I had to contact the corporate office hoping to get a response out of THE PARK AT GREATSTONE!! I have informed the leasing office on serveral occasions about RATS crawling in the walls and ceiling of my Apartment and I have video proof that you can hear the rats crawling. They tell me they’ll send someone out and no one shows up.… There is trash piled up in the dumpster weekly and rats there as well. The alley ways and roadways also have trash in them from residents in the neighborhood, which no one cleans. Mold is starting to form above my shower in the bathroom

I REALLY DID NOT WANT TO GIVE THEM THE ONE STAR. THEY DESERVE A NEGATIVE 100... I wish there were a negative that I could give to these apartments. It has been a nightmare living here. The new management company Blue Magma that took over tried to do their best and fix the community but the staff is AWEFUL! The manager Wahkeela is the rudest person… I have ever dealt with in live. Again the company took over not even a year and they are on their 2nd regional manager. 2nd office manager. this is their 3rd set of office staff as well. They do not communicate with each other.
