Springdale Glen

My lease is up in May and I can not wait!!!!!!! I thought this was a really great place to stay but it is not. It is disgusting. Roaches are everywhere!!!!! Trash is always scattered all over the place! The dump area for the trash is always nasty with trash bags thrown everywhere but in the trash dumpster and it’s always opened/ripped trash from rats all over the place. If you are looking for a nice clean place to stay this is NOT it!

I have lived here for two years now and within this second year, management has changed only once since I first moved in and it’s been a chaotic mess ever since. I never had not one major issue with old management except for them coming to fix some things in my kitchen, but other than that everything was fine! Even the rent increase wasn’t bad! $30 compared to other places & friends/family stories..
Once new management came in, I started finding so many new fees coming out of every which way, and I would agree with a lot of these bad reviews when it comes to new management having bad attitudes

The updated apartments look nice, that’s it. The gate has never worked, the office is closed randomly without warning for days and phones go straight to voicemail, they will call you back to back to sign a document for your lease months after you moved in but you can’t get a hold of them, maintenance is horrible (had an electrical problem for months with no resolution, still waiting on my tub to be repainted as it chipped and has collected mold in the gaps), the pool is not open with no due date on when it will be, $10 for trash that overflows constantly which brings all kinds of pest. If you are interested in there, I recommend to go in person. In website is not accurate, by phone the lady is really busy. Of course they favors you to come person than on phone.

Although i had to wait an extremely long time for my requests to be addressed, i was highly satisfied about the service I'd received that day. The two guys ( 1 in including the supervisor) were completely respectful of my desire for them to wear shoes coverings(which i supplied) , they were very respectful and thorough about their service rendered and explaining any concerns that i had.

This apartment complex has come along way. I'm excited about all of the improvements that are happening. Trash was a major issue out here but the new manager has been doing a great job keeping this place clean. The office staff is always helpful and my maintenance requests are finally getting completed. My ceiling was leaking for 2 years but the new management team came in and added a new roof to the building. Needless to say im happy here.

Very nice community! Mrs.Kim explained everything about the property very well , she is very nice and I look forward to being a tenant for a while ! Professionalism was a plus!

I love the Clarkston community and the fellow residents in Springdale Glen are great! They are the reason I stay here. The ownership and management of Springdale Glen, however, has changed several times in the past 2 years. The current owners, Cushman & Wakefield, have come in heavy handed with seemingly no concern for their residents or especially for many of the vulnerable population who lives here. They seem to have no problem taking advantage of their residents.

I don’t know where to begin. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. You must document any conversation you have with the office because they are unorganized and will deny any previous conversations or promises. Neighborhood is filthy. The trash is always overfilled and spread throughout the community. Every morning on my way to work, I see rats having a field day with the trash. At this point, it seems to be a health hazard! Maintenance orders are never resolved. My kitchen light has been out for months. I’ve lived here for two years, and have never been able to use my master bathroom sink

The size of my apt I love. The floors I love. The windows and natural light I love…That’s it. It’s new management so maybe things might get better. I haven’t lived here but a month and 😖. The people that live here also need to do better as well.

Place is awful. Hmmm, where do I start. My spouse and I moved from out of state to what we thought was a nice apartment. Terrence could have at least gave us a heads up about the infestation considering the fact he was the only guy we was going thru. First day we get in there we killed roaches. Notified Terrence and he came with a can of raid like that was going to do something. We also used 21 roach bombs to try to get rid of them but it's so infested they still was crawling. JJ, the community director, also came into the apt and seen and nothing was done after that. Their pest control is

If I could give zero stars I would this place is infested with roaches and the property people don't do anything about it but tell you, "This is Georgia and we have roaches just keeping bombing the house" -Terrance and offer you a can of raid. Please save yourself a lot of money , you can do way better for the price your paying, please do not go here save your money and a headache.
