I’ve never left reviews ever for any place I stayed. But I must say moving to a new state starting over is not easy. But when looking for a place after calling over 10 apartments trying to get a place and great customer and great description of a potential home I called Las Palmas and spoke with Chanquill Rogers she went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me, never had that happen even with frustration in my voice she help me to the max and gave me great customer service where I felt comfortable where second guessing moving to a new state was out of my mind. I’ve been a resident for 2 years now. I absolutely love the management here! Tiedra is the absolute best with helping in difficult times. She has provided countless resources for me and my family. I will gladly renew my lease! She makes sure my work orders get completed fast and she always follows up to ensure I’m satisfied. My apartment is quite and spacious like I like it. I’m proud to live here! Glad to know management cares!

I moved here in February and so far I have no complaints… My building do not have any kids.. I have had quite a few packages delivered no one took them. My neighbors speak stay to themselves. They pick up trash on time ( favorite thing they have ) and what I love is the maintenance comes in a reasonable amount of time to fix your problem. I really don’t do to the leasing office for anything but when I call they normally picks up. I seen a lot of reviews talking about “ roaches “ so I was very scared to move here but I bombed before I moved in and haven’t seen any bugs at least not in

After falling in love with the Las Palmas apartments online, me and my boyfriend went in to speak with a representative at the leasing office. What I didn’t expect to find was the lovely Mrs. Alice Cheathem who greeted us very warmly and was able to answer just about every and any question we had about the property ( and renting in general). As me and my boyfriend are first time renters it was comforting to have someone well versed in her field help us to avoid any bumps in the road during this process. The apartments were beautiful but it was truly our experience with Alice that had us sold

I'm a current resident here that is trying to get out of my lease as of Dec 1st because of a pest infestation and I have had water damage in my apartment 4 different times. The property management is not… willing to do what they have to to keep these apartments up to date! I also have mold in my apartment with a 3month old living here and other small children too. The management office know of my current living conditions and refuse to do anything about it let alone release me from my lease so I can find a safer place for myself and little ones to live. They want me to pay a penalty fee

I like my apartment but it's a condo and the owner does a good job with keeping it looking nice. I have an amazing porch and my 1 bedroom condo is very spacious. The only down side is the kids who sit out at night and drink, my tires have been stabbed (still waiting for a call from the Mngr about it), and I lose power quite a bit recently.
