Have loved this place for years. Had an incredibly disappointing experience this am. As we return as a society into in-person classes I personally have struggled, today I saw a classmate blow their nose, cough and hack up mucus in front of me at the studio. I went to confirm with the staff member in which she replied to me with " everyone is vaccinated, she has a cold, if you don't like that you can leave." So I did. I am actually really sad that people can come to class with a cold even prior to Covid times. I am going to cancel my membership for now and maybe join virtually in

My first post-pandemic IRL yoga class! I tried this spot for the first time and can't recommend it highly enough. We moved to the area recently and I found this place on Yelp after reading about a few local spots.
When I walked in, the kind woman at the front desk gave me a warm welcome and provided a quick and thoughtful tour.
The actual class was a perfect 75 minutes with challenging flow sequences and relaxing music.
They offer both in-person and virtual classes so be sure to check them out!

Great studio all round. Even while not being able to be physically open right now, Bethany has figured out a way to keep everyone engaged whether through live classes on Zoom or making class recordings available on video. It's been a great help during these last 6 months and the Sukha community still remains close despite being apart.

Exceptional studio and community. Charlene guides personable verbal, visual and audible cues with intention threaded through her instruction. They have a great unlimited $30 for 3 weeks resource which makes exploring all the various kinds of movement and meditation easy and welcoming. The community lingers after class to talk outside he studio which only adds to the sacred spaciousness of practicing yoga. There is so much to love about this studio!

I was relatively new to Marin County and in search of a welcoming and non-judgmental yoga studio. I found Sukha Yoga two years ago through Yelp and have been coming back since.
I usually take a Vinyasa Flow class and haven't been disappointed. I started off with the New Student offer (3 weeks for $30, unlimited classes). I now do the 10 class pass, which is valid for one year.
BONUSES:
- Clean studio
- No mirrors in the studio
- Easy parking
- Complimentary tea
- Interesting workshops
- Changing area & shower
- Aerial yoga classes
- Across the street from Indian Valley Brewing

My one and only yoga studio that I go to in North Bay!
I initially wanted to do yoga because I was experiencing back pain from sitting and commuting to work. They have a really good schedule that you can find on their website. I started off with their new student trial and tried a few different types of yoga and instructors. I have really enjoyed it because it doesn't get overcrowded and the instructors are awesome. If you have any questions, you can just email the owner and she's pretty fast with response. I asked a few before I decided to join their mini membership. I've been

My local yoga studio...
I feel very lucky to have Bethany and her studio right down the hill from me.
As many reviews have already highlighted, this space is focused on community, a body-positive approach to exercise, and the deeper aspects of yoga such as self-acceptance and connection with sacred experience.
I have experienced many studios in my 17 years of practicing yoga, and so when I say that Sukha is doing something right, know that this assessment comes from much experience. I always look forward to going to class and connecting with the teachers and participants.
