The community is phenomenal with fabulous amenities are amazing. Especially the gym they have all the equipment you need a for a great workout! The staff is top tier and very knowledgeable of the community and enforce all regulation properly. The community clean and beautiful with great landscaping. With lots near eateries! Amazing place for all foodies and athletes. Thank you all for being amazing crew and keep up the great work!

The property is amazing with kind and friendly staff. From the application process to the moving I have loved this place. I'm not big on working out but the gym keep me motived for being so amazing. I cancelled my membership and used the amenities here, and lastly the pool IS GEORGOUS! There's like 4 parts, a fireplace, mood changing lights, and music. It's such a great time here! Move here you wont be disappointed.

I've been here since 2019 and I love this place. As a gym rat I absolutely love this place. With it being so close to my favorite gym Alphalete being around the corner, also being that the gym here is nice. Ashley has been here since the very beginning and went from leasing consultant to property manager and it be amazing to see here keeping the community nice and clean.

Our Leasing Agent Maya Johnson was absolutely amazing. From the tour of the community, to recieving our keys, Maya ensured that everything moved smoothly and swiftly. We came from out of state and we were able to move in within a week of touring the property, which was a big deal for us. Also, Maya explained everthing that we needed to know so there was no confusion on what was required of us and what would be provided as apart of our lease term. Lastly, Maya went above and beyond to make us feel at home by mapping out the surrounding neighborhood. She let us know about the good place to eat, shop

I been a resident here at 1879 since they first open up. All the employees provide the best customer service Antonio always helps me and he is always on time with anything i ask him to do. Ashley is very special to me she is the one who introduced me to the property i love the place but if it wasn't for her i may not have moved here. Jack the new director has made a positive difference with the property operations.

I am currently living here. They have a great landscape crew, they have responded to every maintenance request very quickly. At move in we were very picky, and they came several times and fixed every issue we outlined. The pool and gym are very well maintained. Air conditioning is very efficient, its been cold through the summer heat! I commend their efforts with security and maintenance.
