Unfortunately like many previous clients who have commented, my daughter and I also endured the verbal abuse and condescending attitude of the office manager. She refused to give me her name. Had she simply contacted me, the insured, or filed the claim correctly on a timely manner there would have been no issue. Instead she decided to attack, and berate my college aged daughter who has no experience dealing with bully bill collectors who are verbally abusive. Obviously Dr. Lamm is okay with his office manager verbally attacking someone in his office. I would say that woman is out of her mind and out of control but Dr. Lamm is in charge of his own office. Myself, my mother, my sister, and my grown daughters will never, ever return to that office. The verbal abuse and insults were way beyond anything I have ever experienced in my 65+ years of life! No consideration for a persons time. After calling the office two days in a row, asking for the office staff to show the doctor my chart, (which they clearly didn’t) I arrive for my appointment only for the doctor to tell me he no longer does the procedure and refers me to someone else. 😡. This is unacceptable!

I have been contemplating on getting Botox injections for a while now but I didn't want to go to just anyone. I was referred to Dr. Lamm by a friend and I am so glad that I chose him for this procedure. I was very nervous as a first timer, but he was very reassuring and answered all questions that I had. I had an appointment two weeks ago with Dr Lamm. I was going to have a body scan and one spot biopsy. I had gown on, ready for scan. Dr did the biopsy then said that I have to come back for body scan in two weeks along with another biopsy on nose. I was already undressed and waiting for scan. He just wants me to keep coming back to make more money on me. I have arthritis and have difficulty getting around. Very upset with this doctor. I canceled my next appointment and will be seeing a different doctor. My husband just went to his dermatologist on Saturday and she took care of all of his issues
