Waited 30 minutes just to be seen by the doctor for 3-5 minutes. My appointment was on Saturday and the doctor said he would send the prescriptions on that day . Kept checking in with my pharmacy and they said they hadn’t received the prescription, this went on till Tuesday(Called the doctor on Monday but no one answered). On Tuesday when someone finally answered the phone by the name of Patty I explained to her my situation and how my condition was getting worse and the doctor was supposed to send my prescriptions 4 days ago, she had nothing to say and said I don’t know and also said the doctor

Waited 60 min in office before being brought in to see md. After waiting 30 min asked recept how much longer told me atheist another 15 min. Asked why so long got the standard answer "things come up". In time of Covid this is an unacceptable response. Recept should inform patients that the MD is running behind and give the option of waiting in their car. In addition the building the office i located has no protective measures including no sanitizer stations. Time to find a new practice.
