Dr Ellis and Dr Kumar are great as well as the entire staff. Makes you feel comfortable and answers all your concerns and questions. Always available in case you need them. Have recommended them to family and friends. Will go nowhere else.

Dr. Kumar and the attending staff were friendly, engaging, thorough (some might almost say obsessive) in performing a body scan. This was reassuring in light of an early-stage basal cell finding and treatment 6 months ago. Couldn’t ask for more.

I needed an appt ASAP, and only Mona was the provider that was available. I am not a fan of this PA. She was unprofessional, and appeared unsure of herself. I was worried about her findings, and she dismissed my thoughts and feelings. I Will be sure not to go to her again.(Even if she is the only one available).

Dr. Kumar is extremely caring, patient and dedicated to help his patients in anyway that he can!
He also has an amazing bedside manner. .You will never feel rushed .He will take all the time in the world to answer any concerns or questions that you might have! .He also will explain in detail exactly how he’s going to treat you and any medication that you might need. Beleray dermatology is very lucky to have him on their staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Kumar to everyone!!!

My experience with Belaray Dermatology and Dr. Ellis was wonderful. I arrived a few minutes early and the office is very clean and spacious. I didn’t have to wait at all and was in the exam room before my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Ellis was friendly, attentive, a good listener, and explained everything throughout. Although I never felt rushed, I was in and out in less than 1/2 hr and that included a small procedure. I would highly recommend Belaray and 100% recommend Dr. Ellis.

My first time visiting Belaray and I must say that the staff was incredibly professional and courteous. The Doctor (I can’t remember her name but she was amazing and knowledgeable. I will recommend Belaray to my friends and associates. I would definitely go back.

I had Dr Shear at my visit on 11/4/2021. I found her to be very knowledgeable and thorough. She explained things well. Also sociable and addressed my concerns. I also had Dr McCall back in June and she was the same. I would recommend this practice wholeheartedly

It was the first time seeing Dr Kumar and he did everything I could of wanted in this appointment. He answered all my questions, and took his time performing the procedures to my satisfaction. Extremely happy with Dr Kumar and the practice. Without a doubt would recommend using this doctor to anyone looking for dermatological procedures.

When I got kicked off my fathers insurance when I turned 26, I picked a new dermatologist based off of reviews under my new insurance that was in close proximity to where I live. That's how I ended up at Belaray. I've only ever seen Dr. McCall for a full body check which she was extremely thorough with (literally checking my scalp down to the bottoms of my feet for unusual or questionable beauty marks) and for Botox to help with my hyperhydrosis in my armpits. She's a fantastic doctor who always listens to my concerns and we've always had great conversation. The assistants are

They are rude. Will not be coming back. The staff just doesn't really care.... it's like you're a burden. Was not a fan of the dermatologist either. I will be 26 in a few weeks and she talked to me as if I'm a child.

Awesome and careful staff during the rigors of operating during a pandemic, doctors and staff always responsive to my concerns and most importantly diligent in diagnosis and treatment.

Dr. Kumar is by far the best dermatologist. He treated my keloids. He tells you only what's necessary. Gives you the best products that actually help. Very friendly.

We have been seeing Dr. Ellis and Dr. Slear for several years now ever since they were located in a cramped office on Old Country Road. Their new office in a completely renovated ranch house on A. Oyster Bay Road is spacious and bright. These practitioners are patient and thoughtful. I find that mornings are a bit less crowded than afternoons.

My whole family uses Belaray. We are quite impressed with the level of professionalism and personal care afforded to each and everyone of us. Definitely recommend them highly. Dr. Kumar, Dr.Ellis, and Dr.McCall totally awesome

I've been coming here for about 5 years now and I always see someone different, but whoever I see always takes the time to look at everything and is always very thorough and precise. Also, I have a lot of freckles and marks and if something doesn't look right they keep an eye on it by either doing a biopsy or taking a picture of it and checking on it next time. The office is very clean and the front desk staff is awesome! I feel extremely comfortable coming here. If ANYONE is looking for a dermatologist that I highly recommend this place.

I must admit i do not do this often but right know i must share how wonderful my experience has been the last 3 visits to belaray.

My wife has pushed me to get my body scanned for any imperfections of course i always joke my skin is perfect. i finally decided to make the plunge at first my wife had told me i must see Dr Amy Slear MD as she explained Dr Amy Slear is the best and she really thinks she would be the best after having to wait so long (4+ weeks) for an appointment i decided to see Amrit Kumar PA.

My son saw Dr Jeffrey Ellis at Belaray. He was efficient and was able to make an accurate diagnosis without causing my son any pain or bother. I appreciated his good judgement and careful explanation of the skin condition.

Belaray has been a reliable go-to for many years for all my dermatological and cosmetic needs. The physicians are knowledgeable, caring and well versed. Support staff is friendly and accommodating.

As with any doctors office these days, you may encounter the occasional wait time. Rest assured your appointment is just as important and the person before you. A little wait goes a long way for world class care.

The thing about doctors is, they're too busy.

Dr Jeff is the exception. He rolled over in his chair, he shined a light, answered my questions, and solved my problem. I don't want to say what itched, but it does not itch anymore.

The support staff was accommodating. And...get this...they honored their appointment time.

I had a prescription, it was waiting for me at cvs.

Seamless.

I already booked a follow up to get my skin that healthy glow I've been hoping for.

If only my favorite pizza places were as reliable.

The office is clean and new, with a large waiting rooms and magazines to read while you wait. The reception staff is always friendly.

I love Dr. Slear, she's so kind and takes the time to listen to you and come up with the best treatment for your specific needs.
I have an allergy to a component that is in a lot of topical steroids and pills, but Dr. Slear takes the time to figure out what medication I can and can't have by researching them.
Other doctor's made me feel like there was no hope and there was nothing they could do to help me, I'm glad that I stumbled upon Dr. Slear
