I typically do not write negative reviews but I was very disappointed with my experience today. I arrived punctually for my appointment time. I waited for 20 minutes in the examining room and inquired about timing and I was assured that I would be seen shortly. I waited a full 30 minutes before I inquired again. The receptionist finally sought the Dr and she wasn’t aware I was in the office. It was a disrespectful waste of my time which could have been avoided. I would have waited longer if I hadn’t been proactive.

My wife got a rash on her back. Not widespread but very itchy. She saw our now-previous dermatologist who prescribed some meds. Within a week the rash spread over 60% of her body. We were fortunate to schedule a next-day appointment with Dr. Banker. Her medical assistant performed a very extensive history for the doctor. Then Dr. Banker came in with a smile and confidence that engendered hope. She examined my wife, told her to stop taking her meds, prescribed completely different meds and asked her to schedule a two-week followup. Within 48 hours my wife’s itching lessened as did the scabbing

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Dr. Saggar and all the staff at Cloudlake Dermatology! This is such a warm and welcoming office and Dr. Saggar has an excellent bedside manner. He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional as well as friendly and personable.I couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you to the entire office staff- you really set the bar high!

Just had the best experience at Cloudlake Dermatology with Dr. Banker! Everything was SO incredibly well organized & thoughtfully taken care of prior to even stepping foot in the door. She, along with her assistant, Lauren, who helped during my appointment were thorough, explained everything, answered my questions, & on top of it all, the space was beautiful & clean. I’m so happy to have found this place through my Cigna app!

I had a most pleasant first experience at Cloudlake dermatology. I visited Dr. Banker for a full body check. She is so pleasant and professional and takes her time with you. I never felt like I was being rushed as was my experience with a previous dermatologist who ran in and out of the room as if there was a fire in the building. ;)
The young women at the reception desk are very sweet and friendly. Another pleasant surprise was the short wait before seeing the doctor. The office is calming and the decor is lovely.

The staff at Cloudlake Dermatology were accommodating and efficient. The clinic was very clean and modern. Matina and Sabrina were warm and professional.
We love Dr. Banker. My daughter and I are very happy that we found a new dermatologist who really spent time with us and answered our questions thoroughly.
