You will receive the computer repair diagnosis and a complete written repair estimate via email within 24 hours. Repairs are completed within 3 to 5 working days and your "good-as-new" computer is shipped back to you.

I don't think I can speak highly enough about Polo. Unlike most repair services, he prioritizes keeping his clients in the loop. To use his words, he doesn't treat you like "just another consumer". Literally started off our chat by saying he was sorry that I was having these problems.
Polo agreed to take a look at my laptop and didn't even charge for the diagnostics, something two larger services I tried wouldn't do. He had the problem isolated within a few hours (very clearly working into the night to get it done) whereas other services would've taken 3+ days per their terms.

A few weeks ago, on a Sunday afternoon, my laptop experienced the black screen of death and I had three Zoom Meetings back to back on that Monday! I let my fingers do "google" and found Polo who said he could help me. I agreed to meet him in a near isolated parking and while I was concerned for my safety I was desperate to get my laptop fixed. We met and he took my laptop at five PM.
At approximately 11:15 PM Polo indicated he was finished with my laptop and that we could meet in the parking lot. Being an elderly woman, I weighed to go or not to and went because I desperately needed my laptop

I'm so glad I've met Polo. My MAC was slow so I initially wanted to increase the memory RAM. Polo was very patient and able to provide a solution. The quality of service this man provided isn't the usual quality of service you normally get. He is very patient, and really cares about helping you make the best decision for your current situation. I contacted Polo via Google Chat. I asked him for a quote for an issue I was having.
Instead of trying to charge me for a diagnostic fee, Polo immediately tried to help. He told me I needed to reset my laptop, and gave me directions on what to do.
My laptop was fixed by the reset. Polo is truly a diamond in the rough. A sweet person who cares about people. If anyone deserves your business, it’s polo. God Bless!

Had a great experience with Polo's Computer Repair Service. We were a little nervous about having laptop repaired, but Polo put us at ease immediately. He was very clear with what had to be done and how long it was going to take. Polo is skilled at diagnosing the issues and up front about what has to be repaired and what doesn't. This place is the best! Fast and friendly service. I had two computers that needed updating. He showed me how to do one myself and the other one he updated. Most places would have never been honest and let me know how to update my laptop myself. The price he charged was very reasonable. I actually was expecting to pay way more. If you are looking for a good honest repair person that cares about your computer situation and knows what they are doing, I highly recommend this place. You will be highly impressed!
