Over the years, we have grown into one of the largest and most respected Pilates, GYROTONIC, and suspension exercise studios and teacher-training education centers in the United States.
At Activcore, we offer a variety of Pilates, Gyrokinesis and Conditioning classes in our virtual studio. With more than a dozen classes available each week ranging from beginner to advanced, we have something for everyone and a class time to meet your needs.

Each of our instructors has a basic equipment pack at their home to use while teaching. It includes a mat, a magic circle, hand weights, a theraband, a foam roller and a ball. We have set up links to Amazon for each of these items so you can be prepared at home. We also have items you might need for self-care if you choose to use telehealth physical therapy during our hiatus from our space.

I’ve been working out with Pilates equipment and trainers for about 10 years. Core is the nicest and most organized studio I’ve been to. The amount of equipment and space to exercise is impressive and the instructors are experts that are full of knowledge. I work out with Darcy and highly recommend her!

Highly recommend Core. Fun, active and caring place. Have been doing private instruction Pilates twice per week for almost a year. Found Core when searching for something in addition to physical therapy after foot tendon replacement surgery. Was hesitant to trust anyone with my foot but had to resume my workouts and get back to my normal. I could not have landed in a better place. Pilates and Core have brought me back and are carrying me way forward. Hope I never have to give this up.

I had the pleasure of returning to Core for a group Pilates session, with some friends. The location is tucked away in the Buckhead area but I must warn you, you may pass it a couple times because the signage is not visible from the street and you may think you're in the wrong place because it's a shared building with other fitness facilities and offices.
***TIP***
If it's your first time, use your GPS and look for a parking garage on one side and building on the other. There's parking in the back but if that is full you can park in the garage next to the building.

I have been working with Kimberly at CORE for over a year and I have seen the benefits in my posture, strength, and mobility. I always look forward to coming into my weekly session as all of the staff and even other clients are friendly, fun-loving, and sincere. It is a great environment to do Pilates in!

I've been to several pilates studios over the years, and CORE has the widest array of equipment I've seen. They also have Redcord equipment, which I had never used but I now love. It has helped my upper back and neck tremendously. Private sessions and classes start and end on time, and the instructors tailor the workout to my individual needs. Overall, a great studio.

I've been a client since their initial studio opened in Buckhead and have been with them as they've expanded locations, staff, and expertise... It hasn't changed one bit. They've maintained their high level of service, care and personal attention, and I feel welcomed and well taken care of every time I visit. They've worked with me through work-related stress, pregnancy ailments, and postpartum recovery. It's wonderful working a different instructors knowing that each of them specializes in something different and specific to my needs.
I love the ease of booking

Well for starters, I'm not sure why an employee is giving a review of the business, since you are clearly not objective and also have no idea what it's like from the clients' perspective, especially since you are so new to Core. I have been a client for years and had lots of good things to say in the past, but I have also experienced much of what other reviewers have mentioned and no longer feel like an appreciated client. It's too bad there is such a wide discrepancy amongst the client reviews, which exactly demonstrates one of the major problems at Core.

I have been a client of CORE for over 3 yrs. I have worked with many of the instructors in both private 1:1 and group sessions. The instructors are all GREAT! They are very knowledgeable, great listeners and adjust your session based on your individual needs & medical limitations/conditions.
The instructors are all very warm, caring and personable dressing in appropriate, stylish work oriented Pilates/Yoga type garb.
I love the new studio in Buckhead. Lots of light & super clean.
Granola - this is a Pilates Studio, not a cafe or restaurant.

I love this place...great trainers, friendly staff, calm atmosphere (no blaring music). So different from any other place i've worked out over many many years. I've always been able to find a parking space, too. I work out privately with two different instructors, Julia and Carolyn, three times each week, and I find them both to be very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend with no reservations!

I love the new studio! It is beautiful and has so much more space than the old location. It is easy to get in and out of, although it does get a little busy around 9am so sometimes it is necessary to park on the street, which is no big deal. The rest of the day you can always park in the lot.
If you haven't tried Gyrotonic yet, you really need to! It feels amazing. They have a lot of pilates classes as well and they only allow 5 or 6 people per class.
There are both male and female instructors here and everyone is really nice. There is quite a range of clientele in age, and men as well

Parking is a nightmare at the new location. Staff is below par and customer service is extremely poor. It appears that no one wants to be employed there, this usually stems from the top. What is the owner doing wrong? For a center that fosters health the environment is quite strange.
Many of the instructors are not well groomed. They are not that well trained either.
Improvements should be made to make clients feel wanted. Also, how about offering teas, nutritional drinks, granola, etc. Inspiring publications to read? Organic products?

Core has a great atmosphere, knowledgeable instructors and everyone is very friendly. It's a very warm and accepting place to work out. I was introduced to Gyrokinesis a few years ago by a dance teacher and am really glad they're in Atlanta so I can continue. The instructors ask about injuries and offer alternative moves for those with physical limitations. I always feel fabulous and energized after a work out and the breath-work really intensifies the experience. I would suggest it to dancers (or anyone) who are having physical problems to gain a healthy body balance.
