Private (one-on-one) instructor guided sessions offer maximum benefit. Private instruction ensures clients are performing the exercises safely and with proper form and alignment. Semi-private or duet sessions are instructor guided sessions for 2 persons ideally at the same skill level in order to obtain maximum benefit from session.

Please inquire if interested. Mat classes are offered and available after several private lessons to ensure proper form and alignment, as well as the specific order in which exercises are performed.

Building Strong, Graceful Bodies that Move with Ease. The Atlanta Pilates Studio is an intimate, boutique studio dedicated to the overall health of our clients through the use of the Romana's Pilates Method, a classical Pilates method. Romana Kryzanowska was the world-renowned protg of Joseph Pilates and taught the method for nearly six decades.
We recommend starting Pilates with private sessions. Private sessions offer dedicated instructor guidance focused on safety and the 6 principles of Pilates. Private sessions create a safe and solid foundation on which to build as the client progresses in the Pilates Method. You will need to bring socks that cover the entire foot including the toes and wear clothing that does not restrict your movements.
The Romana's Pilates International instructor training program is highly valued in the industry and by medical professionals. It is known for its depth and quality of education. During the program you will learn the techniques, principles, and skills of the Romana's Pilates Method to teach it in an effective and safe way both on the mat and the original equipment used by Joseph Pilates.
Pilates in 3 words is stretch, strength, and control. Each exercise is based on one or more of these attributes. We use authentic Gratz apparatus in the studio. Each apparatus is uniquely tailored to support the client throughout a session.

Unlike yoga where you may perform a sequence of exercises on a mat; we utilize an apparatus to stabilize certain body parts so that the client can focus on stretching, strengthening, and controlling other parts of the body.A session at Atlanta Pilates is based on clients' skills, abilities, and needs.

Dinamy has a special gift for teaching! She is patient and thorough and really helps you build strength. She doesn’t just go through the motions of pilates. She helps you execute each exercise with precision. I’ve grown so much in my practice by working with her.

I have been going to take one on one with this studio for 14 months now and I have been very pleased. I use to have to go into Buckhead and this West Midtown is so much easier access from Midtown. Helping my golf and overall physical health! Very ease access from Smyrna as well. I would highly recommend giving this place a try! I am hooked.

I have been seeing Dinamy regularly for about a month to help with my back pain and scoliosis and I can already feel the benefits of pilates. Dinamy tailors my exercises very thoughtfully, she is very knowledgeable. I also appreciate that she's very attentive to any pain I might have and doesn't force anything that would hurt me. I should also precise that my posture have already improved a lot, It's really bringing me body awareness. I'm glad I got to discover pilates through Dinamy and would highly recommend her.

I'm an ATL transplant from the Pacific Northwest and I come from a fairly advanced classical Pilates background. For a variety of reasons, it had been more than 4 years since I'd practiced regularly. Dinamy came in and challeneged me from day 1, driving home the finer details of form, and creating a progression to get me ramped back up to a more advanced practice relatively quickly. She's conscious of how my body is moving, and whether something is aggravating any old injuries. FWIW, I'm super picky and visited 4 other studios before finding her. You're in great hands here, and I highly recommend

Dinamy is an excellent pilates instructor. Very knowledgeable and pays attention to every detail so that you can get a great workout and avoid injury. You will leave feeling stronger and leaner. The studio is also beautiful and clean.
