Power Up Pilates
The POWERUP workout is created from the roots of Pilates using the Allegro 2 Pilates reformer. Enjoy an energetic workout that will turn your energy on, strengthen, tone, and elongate your muscles, as well as improve your endurance, balance, flexibility and posture. We recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to class to get you comfortable and meet your instructor.

Our POWERUP Signature Basics class moves at a slower pace than our Signature class and focuses on basic moves. We will help you with proper form, technique, breathing and posture. All exercises will have options and modifications to suit your needs. You will leave feeling successful, empowered and uplifted.

POWERUP is a place with great music that creates positive and motivating energy with outstanding instructors to lead you on a reformer journey.
In this dynamic class, POWERUP takes the reformer workout to a whole new level by combining athletic and classical moves with high energy heart-pumping music. This class is 50 minutes. This class was created to offer a higher intensity version of our traditional Signature class! We format 4 movements on the reformer and then 4 movements off for 4 rounds.
Our group classes do not require private lessons first. Our talented and skilled instructors will help you every step of the way with appropriate modifications. Be sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to class for set up instructions so you can soar through class. If you have any physical restrictions you will need a doctor's release, especially those of a serious nature.

PowerUp was so fun! Marianne was absolutely incredible, super helpful with queuing the moves while being energetic and making it a fun, challenging experience! If you’ve never done Pilates before, don’t worry, Marianne will make sure you are comfortable and will talk you through all the moves. & if you’re a Pilates pro, this class will be different from any Pilates class you’ve taken. You will feel like you’re dancing on a reformer. Be prepared to break a sweat and have fun. So awesome, I’ll be back again!

This is a fantastic total body workout. Deliberately paced to keep you engaged and moving. Love how the pilates reformers are utilized in a fitness-driven way to challenge you beyond traditional pilates exercises. Instruction is consistent and motivating. I have added this studio to one of my favorites in the area and plan to come to many more classes.

This was a really good class. Haven't ever taken any format quite like this...awesome workout, and really fun (as fun as a workout can possibly be of course). Definitely great at toning the whole body. I've done my share of standard Pilates and yoga (I love yoga), and I will definitely be going to this class again.
