Austin has been professional, pleasant, and just awesome since my first encounter with him. When searching for apartments Austin's personality is what drew me to move in to Cedar Crest. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our two years living at Cedarcrest Village Apartments! Writing about my experience living there (2018-2020), Mr. Gervonte Downin and his staff always took care of me and my family and were sensitive to our needs. They went out of their way to make sure that the apartment complex was safe, orderly, and a joy to come home to. All of the staff, whether maintenance, office staff, or anybody in between were always willing to listen to us and to look into our requests. We just signed a lease a week ago…. And first the amenities in the clubhouse that are said to be 24 hours are not. Said to be due to the pandemic but across the state all other things are open but guess they are milking that. Next my teenagers were sent back from the pool because they were told that they have to have an adult with them. When my lease says they have to be (14). Called the office and they said they have to be 18 that they sent out an email. I literally just signed this lease and have received no email. I told her and she (Chelsea) let me know if I sent them back to the pool

I am enjoying Cedarcrest Village! The management team here is awesome! Both Austin and Chelsea are great at their jobs. I can not thank Austin and Chelsea enough. Austin helped make my out of state move so easy. He has been attentive, courteous, fun, and extremely helpful. His desire to help my family and I was more than I could have asked for. He is such a great asset to this community and he should be acknowledged for his superb work. Chelsea was just as wonderful and her diligence is very much appreciated. I cannot begin to express how amazing my experience has been here. My first contact with Cedarcrest I was blessed to meet Austin Peak. Ask for him by name. From start to finish of the leasing process he was MORE than amazing. He made the experience and process go so smooth. Austin went above and beyond to make it happen in a very timely manner. I didn't have to wait for a call back for days. The apartments are very nice and well maintained. I highly recommend this apartment complex. Austin Peak is TOP NOTCH, can't thank him enough for being the great person he is!

Haven’t moved in just yet but we worked with Austin to apply and got our keys today! He was very helpful, especially since this is my first real apartment so I had a lot of questions. I really enjoyed his energy and humor, and he kept us updated throughout the entire process via phone calls and emails. Looking forward to my time at cedarcrest and any future encounters with the team!

I really can’t say enough nice things about this community or the staff. I walked into their office a frazzled mess after the home I was supposed to lease fell through at the last minute. Austin went above and beyond to help me out...knowing that I was on a very tight deadline with only a few days to get everything approved and me moved in. He walked me through every step of the process so I knew what to expect. He was prompt, courteous and immediately responded to calls and emails. His sense of humor and calm demeanor really helped through the whole process.
