Nice neighborhood and it was nice living by the lake and such . However these apartments are outdated and covered up. I stayed here for a little over a year . Multiple maintenance issues particularly water issues. (Lots of apartments have water issues here) August this year my apartment here flooded out causing me to be out of a home . Management did absolutely nothing. Corporate did not care and simply wanted to sweep me and my situation under the rug. The only person I can say that did her best was Ms.Sandy. She was the only person concerned and tried her best to accommodate me. I lost many items

My son and his girlfriend put in an application three weeks ago. She was turned down because of credit and that was straightened out and as of today no response as to status of application. They take your money but no actions. Will be withdrawing and want monies back. Very disappointed in this process and would not recommend at all. I live close by and it looks like a great place to live it I guess looks can be deceiving.

I have lived in this building for the past few years, and I recommend it for those looking to find a place. During my time here, there were hardly any bugs and never in the wintertime. The rent is also more than reasonable for an apartment of this size. Maintenance is also a plus where the people in charge, on request, will resolve any issues encountered. I am most pleased, however, with how the complex has handled the pandemic. The services are on a request basis so the necessary services are completed while minimizing any potential exposure to the virus. The notifications provided by the complex

I have loved my 2.5 yr stay here at Water's Edge so far. The staff is excellent to work with and the location is unbeatable. They have a beautiful pond in the rear of the complex with a walking path all the way around it. All maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. And the manager takes time out to answer each of my emails personally. Couldn't ask for a better place to live. I wouldn't change a thing here.

Been living at Waters Edge Apartments for five years. Chose this complex for a number of reasons. First, the property is tucked in and beside two very nice bedroom communities, and close proximity to various stores and restaurants. Second, the Management; Heather, Sandy and Valerie, have absolutely been top notch! Also, the maintenance team; Scott and Brandon, have been most reliable and well experienced. Beautiful property with just as beautiful staff. Sandy and Heather are top notch. The place is tucked away from all the hustle of Harbison and you feel like your away from everything, with everything right there. The apartments are spacious and well kept. I love the walking trails. As a senior I really enjoy the perk of having the free membership to the Harbison Community Center where I have met many people my age and lots of activities for all. If you’re not living here you are missing out!

I recently moved in and I love it here so much! The office staff is always there to answer any questions for me and assist me with anything and its always in a timely manner. When I moved in my apartment looked amazing. I didn’t have one complaint. It shows how much consideration they put into getting an apartment ready and how much they truly value their residents. I would highly recommend living here. I’m glad I can call this place home!

I have lived here for two years. The property is beautiful. All staff and management are kind and helpful. Not only is the property lovely but as with any new home when anything needed to be repaired or replaced, the property manager was immediately there to take care of even the smallest detail. I highly recommend this complex to anyone seeking to lease a new home! You will not be disappointed with The staff who work the front office with style and efficiency second to none!

My mother threw me out into streets and even though I was not able to sign for an apartment here, I wish I could have! I definitely will be back..the beach theme was so attractive and the trail apartment Valerie showed me was so clean and put together! Valerie made me feel safe and comfortable, not pressuring me at all to buy but definitely convinced me to fall in love with the choice I wanted! The pool, tennis court and trail were extra pluses that definitely attracted me because I love to stay in shape, and Valerie was so positive and supportive when she realized I was homeless. I absolutely love it here! My experience has been top notch so far. Sandy, in the office is terrific.Relocating from NY, I did not have the option to see the apartment or location before I moved in, but Sandy worked with me every step of the way and made my transition super easy. My apartment is very big and clean, with modern appliances, there were a few minor issues but I called Sandy and she sent someone to fix it the very next day.
The grounds are clean and neat and my apartment is so quiet, I did not even know that anyone lived above me. Sandy loves her "people" and she spends a lot of time
