The location, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff are wonderful. We have enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely recommend to our family and friends. We love the pond view as well as easy access at the entrance. The walking path is a big plus as well. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

I lived in Lauren Ridge 5 years ago, and moved back in this past March because I loved it so much. Honestly I feel so safe here, the staff is beyond helpful and amazing, plus the maintenance people are super friendly and helpful. I have never had any issues with my apartment. It’s clean, well kept, the pool area, gym, clubhouse, etc are all really nice. Seriously the best apartment complex

While Lindsey from the beginning was very personable and helpful to get the process started since I needed to move closer to my job in little time. We ran into some difficulties with creating an email account but had to make one up to finish the process for the documents as instructed. I had a few issues in my apartment that needed to be taken care of but only one with my air conditioning was resolved as the other one the guy laughed off and couldn’t fix. The window seals in each bedroom accumulates mold easily that had to be sprayed down and cleaned with bleach consistently along with tiny green

Recently moved from new york to south carolina and after going over what seemed to be every apartment complex in the area Lauren ridge was an easy choice. Between the numerous phone calls and questions and the inconvenience of having to make them do a facetime tour they were super accommodating and helpful. Lindsey and Rochelle [sorry if i spelled their names wrong] were half the reason we decided to move in . The pool is nice and the grounds are pretty well maintained.i dont hvse anybcomplaints about the noise because there is none but maybe thats just luck of the draw with living in an apartment

We lived at these apartments for a year. When we first moved in, everything was fine. Then, new management came, and from then on, our experience was less than impressive. The new manager has absolutely no interpersonal skills. Emails sent out to the community, are written as if she is talking to children, instead of grown adults. It is hard to believe there is much resident retention with her at the helm. Voice messages left at the office go unreturned. Dog waste is everywhere--even on sidewalks. Watch closely where you step!
For the money you pay, I am sure there are much nicer run communities

Never had a bug issue during the 1.5 years I’ve lived there. The outside is always clean, the place is quiet and peaceful. They do a lot for the residents there. HOWEVER whenever we made maintenance requests about our air conditioner not working properly, it took months for them to fix it! They lied about ordering a part and continuously put the blame off on anyone but themselves! They finally fixed the air conditioner and it worked great. Also, our downstairs neighbor was insane. She was a single older lady who expected us to be quiet at all times. She always called security on us and even called

Moving out after 5 months. This is the WORST apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The walls and floors are super thin. I can literally hear everything my neighbors, their kids and pets are doing. Carpet is run down and dingy, fitness room and office are outdated and the pool was always dirty. Don’t be fooled by the website or model room, I’m sure you’ll be disappointed once you move in. The leasing staff was made aware of issues and little to nothing was done.

When my wife and I first moved to Lexington about 7 years ago, we lived in these apartments for a little over a year. We loved the quiet and friendly community, and the staff was always respectful and helpful anytime we had a question or needed help from maintenance. When our lease was about to expire, we needed a little extra time to move into our new place, and they gave us a 1 month extension for our old rate + about 10%. We moved out to rent a single family home, but when the owners decided to sell a few years later, we chose to get another apartment at Lauren Ridge. What a difference those

Please stay away from here, trust me. It is without doubt the worst managed apartment complex that I've ever seen. Staff is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. You would expect way more for a huge company like Graystar. They urgently need to remove this community manager from her position because it is so hard to deal with and does not know anything about customer service.
Look somewhere else, you can get something much better for the price you will end up paying here, walls and ceilings are soo thin that you can here your neighbor's conversation.

Overall this is a great place to live. The staff is very friendly. The maintenance workers are always smiling and are very helpful and knowledgeable. Work is always completed in a timely fashion which is much appreciated. I would say only negative is residents who don't clean up after their lets. I'm a pet owner and make sure to always clean up and wish others would have the same respect.

In the beginning, I really enjoyed living here, but once you are here you realize how things do not get handled in a professional manner. They have a young manager here that should not be in charge of anything, but answering phones. They will not let you see the condition of the apartment until it's too late and you're stuck in a lease. Things you request to be fixed will take a very long time. Honestly, now that I've lived here for a few months, I realize how poorly managed this complex is and it's shocking.

I just moved here in OCT 2015. While the cost is on the high side, the value in what's provided is well worth it. The management staff was extremely helpful with my move and continues to make it easy for me to live here. I have yet to try out the pool since I moved in when it turned cold, but I look forward to it. The gym is on the small side so if you're a gym rat don't move here. Otherwise I have no issues getting my workout in. Except for when I have my patio door or windows open I very rarely hear any noise from outside. I'm on the 3rd floor so this may vary with lower floors. The few times
