If I can give this place a zero I can my lease was over and I was told to pay the last few days I stayed there couple weeks later I get a text saying I owe more money . Do not live here water bugs are bad and also they paint over mold . Megan in the office is amazing and will work with you but this place I give it a big no I live here a year and was over charge a lot

If I could give it zero I would. I lived at this facility from 2018 to 2021, I paid double my rent for 2 months to get out of my last lease. The current management that runs it is absolutely horrible! The property is trash! I had a hole in my ceiling for months because they refused to get the roof repaired. After getting my deposit back, 3 months later I receive notification that I owe them more money (by text - so unprofessional) .... with no reason behind it. Do not live here!

If I could not even give this apartment community any stars! I’m a RN Traveling nurse who had to pretty much provide my DNA to prove my income and identity. I own real-estate to include my own house and condo. I just needed this location to work my nursing contract. They were given check stubs, a copy of my contract and bank statements. I really felt they were racially biased. I was told by Ashley & Caroline my holding fee was refundable, now I withdrew my application the manger says it’s non-refundable. I’ve called multiple times, and sent emails and they are so unprofessional and non responsive

During this time the leasing and rental industry is off the charts. Covid has put many people in different predicaments, some moving to different locations, looking for affordable housing, new jobs or just needing a change of scenery and such. Ever since the new manager came it has gone downhill fast. We lived there for almost 5 years and put our notice in a timely manner despite poor air quality from several leaks that maintenance never came in to assess properly. Not surprisingly mold tests came back positive. We notified West Shore and the apartment manager to which we never heard back, instead we had to track the apartment manager down ourselves. We cleaned the apartment on move out but we got invoices for broken blinds, cleaning the stove, refrigerator, carpets and painting. I have pictures that show the apartment was left in good

I have lived at this complex for 2 years now. And, my apartment has flooded twice due to pipes bursting in either a neighboring unit or in our ceiling. I wish I could say that this was the only issue, but the last year has been especially miserable.
This apartment charges excessive rates for extremely dated appliances, haphazard workmanship, parking headaches, terrible water pressure... and now multiple occurrences of flooding and major property damage. It would be nice to live in an apartment where I wasn’t constantly riddled with anxiety that another pipe was going to burst and destroy things
