Great team - Donald Brown & Torrie Latimer lowered my VA Loan down to the % on their mail-flyer. I decided to "just" test them as I was comparing other bank's interest rates. Although, I was persistent on the terms - Low and behold, they came thru with the interest rate & terms I wanted. Now, I will add $200.00 to what I was currently paying and hopefully pay off my new VA loan in 16-years or less. Also, I now have some cushion, just in case I need it. Thanks!
