We just refinanced our house with Scott and it was an easy seamless process. My husband and I are small business owners and getting a mortgage can often be complicated. Scott and his team understand the needs of small business owners and they understand the tax returns that the underwriters need to see. They were upfront with the required documentation and did not keep adding on additional requirements like we have experienced from other lenders. The mortgage closed on time without a hitch.
