Services
Kadayif is a Turkish dessert made from shredded wheat with Turkish pistachios and sugar syrup. Bearing a resemblance to Kunefe, Kadayif does not have cheese, and is eaten cold. Shredded wheat is pressed out in sheets and then rolled around a center of pistachio. Our first visit was so pleasant that it inspired us to try almost every single baklava they had!

Lovely cafe with good choices for breakfast and lunch! Came in on a Saturday morning and it was one person running the whole place, but they were still very nice, explained their offerings, and gave me samples when they heard it was my first time in.
Had the sucuk tost with eggs, some baklava, and Turkish coffee. Tost is a equivalent to breakfast pannin, a comfy choice. Baklava surprised me with how well the sheets held up, rather than the often times soggy ones you'll find. Also, I definitely appreciated how it's not as sweet so I can still taste the pistachios. Definitely recommend!

I liked the atmosphere of this place. My friend and I visited this place today and it was delicious. The service was friendly and great! Since it was our first time the gentleman there made us try some sweets. They were very nice. I ate the Mama’s plate for breakfast and my friend ordered the papas plate. We had some tea and I took some Simit bread and potatoe borek to go. Definitely will go back with my family to this nice place.

If you love authentic baklava (or even if you've never tasted it), this is the place to go. There are numerous varieties to suit your tastes. They are, of course, sweet...and SO delicious, with crispy layers. They mostly come in small, two-bite pieces, which is perfect in the morning or as an afternoon pick-me-up, with a great cup of coffee. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They can describe the subtle differences and flavors, and they offer up samples. I have not had their other items...only varieties of baklava...at this point. I am going there this weekend to try some of their rolls

Now in my top 5 places in Colorado. I love visiting new places for breakfast/brunch and this has been one of the best I've been to in Colorado. The bakery is terrific, the customer service was excellent, coffee spectacular too. although this place is far from my home I will return many times for sure.
