The Healthy Place - Apple Wellness was founded by Tim and Becki O'Brien in 2010. It began as one, small vitamin and supplement store with only the two of them and their newly born daughter. Their goal was to become the best vitamin and supplement store in the Wisconsin area.

I purchase CBD capsules for my autistic brother that seem to help him a lot. Medicaid well not cover CBD, I pay for it myself. Very happy with the product and the knowledgeable staff. The customer service when it comes to anything else has issues. Because my brother lives in a home where he had staff that care for him, I set up auto ship for every 2 months to be sure my brother would be able to continue his progress with CBD and I wouldn't have to worry about him running out. His staff was sent the correct 2 month supply on 8/25/21, but then it was sent again 9/2/21 and 9/8/21. To almost $300 all

Came in for some hydrolyzed collagen, amino acids and a daily multivitamin. Olivia mentioned she was fairly new but was very helpful in answering my questions and getting me the products I needed. The price comparison to stores like Vitamin Shoppe or GNC, The Healthy Place seems to be more reasonably priced. I'm Always impressed with (the owner) Tim's ability to hire knowledgeable and courteous employees. Been coming here for 5+ years and I'll definitely be a lifetime customer. 5 stars all day!

Amazing place, Amazing Staff, we will continue to frequent The Heathy Place-Apple Wellness! My mom and I went today with a specific diagnosis she had received. We were looking for alternate healthy choices to heal, rather than the pill the doctor prescribed to just cover the pain. Billy took the time to understand what my mom needed and explained in great detail what he would recommend as a starting point in her journey to heal. Billy set my mom up with a daily regimen and even took the time to write out how often she should take the vitamins and supplements. Billy was a perfect match in helping

We have ordered from and/or visited Apple Wellness several times and have always been very pleased with their customer service and their products. Yesterday I placed an online order and told them I was hoping to receive it quickly because it was for my cat who was recently diagnosed with cancer. They actually put it on their delivery truck that same day and I received it (with no shipping charges) a couple of hours after ordering! Now THAT’S some awesome customer service! I also received a call from them asking if I had any questions about the product I ordered. They are extremely helpful and

Great customer experience today! I was about to leave with three containers of protein powder and the associate asked me if I was sure I had the right flavors. Sure enough, I had selected one flavor by mistake. This one quick act of kindness saved me a trip back to exchange and a great deal of headache. Thank you!

Visited for the first time last month. I’d heard of some supplements I wanted to try for help with anxiety and acne. I went in and was impressed with the large product selection and knowledge from the helpful staff. No one wants to go in for health-related needs and feel sold to with a pitch. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and was given take-home literature about CBD oil (which I later came back to buy) when I had some questions about it.
It’s great they also price match other retailers, but here, you’ll support local! Also I love they play 102.5 on the radio. Thank you, Stephanie

The owner, Tim has the brightest and most positive energy. He is so passionate and knowledgeable about his products and so are his wonderful staff. I have never had a bad experience and every one of the employees are super upbeat and love offering to help. The products are also worth the cost because they really work. I very much recommend this store.
