My philosophy is that all of us are unique and different in our own ways. DIS-EASE is lack of ease, body's way of telling that something is off and it needs help and support. It is a result of the body becoming overwhelmed by various factors (microbes, chronic stress, trauma, unhealthy lifestyle, environmental factors).

The NutritIonal Assessment Questionnaire, or "NAQ" is a detailed questionnaire that uses signs and symptoms criteria to identify potential nutritional deficiencies, imbalances in the body, and which organs or body systems need the most attention from a nutritional perspective.
