I help people who struggle with stress and chronic pain regain confidence in their body and optimism for the future. Helping you move away from pain and regain your quality of life is important to me because I have struggled with it myself.
After high school I started noticing different physical issues and began believing that living with discomfort was just a new reality of life. When I was 22 I was diagnosed with cancer and had to undergo a grueling chemotherapy regimen and a major surgery. My life turned upside down. I beat my cancer but my pain was still with me.

Services
Through an online platform (Zoom or FaceTime), we will go through an onboarding and evaluation process. This is your opportunity to share your goals, the reason you are seeing me, and important health history. I will take you through a neurological screening and together we will develop important drills that you can begin using immediately to feel better.

Drew is very skilled at being able to focus on the area that has been needing physical therapy. He actually noticed that my gait wasn't great and we worked on some interesting, (what I thought were bogus at first) excercises but they have been really helpful in helping me improve my gait and my balance! I highly recommend him if you are not a gym buff though I'm sure he's all good gym rats!

I came to Drew wanting to improve strength and develop muscle. I've always been nervous about doing free weight exercises, such as squats, bench presses, and deadlifts. So I needed a trainer to help me learn and get comfortable with free weights.
Drew started me off with exercises that incorporated mobility, and I'm glad he did. My main goal is to get stronger and build muscle, but as I've trained with Drew, I've come to realize how foundational mobility is in performing many strength-based exercises -- and I can say that my idea of fitness has been maturing with Drew. Drew is also super chill

I was referred to Drew by my Chiropractor and massage therapist to help me with safely walking and balance. I was initially skeptical as his method is certainly not conventional therapy. But I decided to give it a try. Two months later I am walking with a lot more confidence and my balance has improved but still has a way to go. I am committed to doing the exercises which has been important part of my improvement. I would recommend Drew and Z Health if you are committed to doing the exercises which are key to improvement!!

Drew has a fantastic application of techniques that can help with mobility. I have been suffering from issues in my upper back and shoulder. He took into consideration the entire movement of my body during his assessment and strategically helped tailor an exercise program to help get me over the pain and stiffness that had been building up during the COVID year.

I've only been working with Drew for a month and we have made tremendous progress with my injured hip that has been really limiting my range of motion for a long time. The way he incorporates the brain and physical exercises from the practices of Z Health has proven to show results!

Drew was really great at meeting me where I was. He perfectly blended challenging exercises and drills without pushing me beyond what my body was comfortable with. I did his 12-week program and one on one sessions with him to address some neurological issues I had been struggling with for about a year as well as worked on strengthening exercises. The 12- week program was packed with information and helpful drills that really improved my performance and helped me function better in my daily life with less dizziness, nausea, and headaches. The one on one sessions combined the neuro drills and exercises

I trained with Drew for 6 months a couple of years ago and recently started again with him at The Working Body. Drew gives me a huge variety of exercises and movements to help me achieve my fitness goals, watches me closely to immediately correct any flawed movements, and holds me accountable for my nutritional intake. I have gained flexibility and strength that has improved all aspects of my life. To top it all off, his new gym is a spotless, well-equipped facility. I can't recommend him highly enough. He is an excellent trainer.
