Services
Over the past 12 years of being a personal trainer, I have had the great pleasure of helping transform people's bodies, minds, and lives. I do this using a combination of everything I have experimented and educated myself with, including but not limited to CrossFit, kettlebells, TRX, pilates, physical therapy modalities, HIIT, Spin, and more.
Strength training with Jordan was one of the best decisions I've ever made. There's not only a transformation in my body composition, but also in my own self-confidence and self-image. As the old saying goes "you get what you pay for" and with Jordan, you're paying for a trainer who has a million certifications, is aware of your specific needs and goals and plays an active role in being accountable in helping you reach your goals.
Ensuring the health and safety of my clients is my greatest priority, but you can still take it to the next level with virtual workouts. I work with clients who have full home gyms as well with clients who have what ever is available in their homes, including bags of kitty litter, couches, and soup cans.

Jordan and I go started working out back in 2018. I came to him looking to get into better shape and to lose some body fat from two pregnancies. I love running and this was my main mode of exercise but I wasn't getting the results I wanted. Working out with Jordan 1x per week and following workouts he provides during the week has gotten me great results, body fat down, feeling stronger and generally more fit.
Jordan is super knowledgeable about all aspects of training and fitness, providing nutrition recommendations, PT advice etc. He is great working around injuries, general aches and pains

Jordan is the best-of-the-best when it comes to personal trainers. I have really high standards for anyone I work with when it comes to fitness, having had lots of great and not-so-great experiences in the past. I've done my fair share of cardio boxing, indoor climbing, HIIT classes, crossfit and personal training and I can honestly say, I've never made performance gains like I'm making with Jordan. After several months of being in quarantine and doing little to no activity, I needed to start moving again. My main mode of exercise was through Core Power Yoga. I am a non-binary individual who started testosterone therapy a year ago. I am also a trainer who works in the same facility as Jordan. For years I had been working out on my own but mostly gravitated towards outdoor activities such as hiking, backpacking, surfing and running. I lifted weights but the motivation was not as high.

Not only is he in the best athletic condition but he is more knowledgeable than anyone I have met with regards to athletic training and fueling your body. Shelter-in-Place Corona Virus updates: Well, since my last review, there's been a lot of changes in the world as well as in my progress. Jordan now does virtual sessions -- and while I miss going into the gym and lifting heavy, his sessions have been keeping me accountable and motivated. Since February, I've lost another 17 pounds. (I've lost a total of 30 pounds) I'm also no longer overweight and in the normal BMI range!

I've been training with Jordan for about a year with in-person and virtual sessions. Before I started working out with Jordan, I had no idea how to properly strength train or use the gym equipment correctly. With him. Leaving work one day, I met Jordan outside my building as he was flyering for his personal training business. My first impression of Jordan hasn't really changed since that moment: he's personable, outgoing, optimistic and very approachable.

Since my last review, Jordan trained me for my powerlifting competition in February 2019. I placed 1st in the 125lb/57kg weight category.

My housemate had been working with Jordan since March of this year and then invited me to come and join one of their sessions. I have mostly been a runner and dabbled a little bit in weights. Seeing the major improvements my housemate had made in both strength and muscle gain, I decided to join him and Jordan both for partner training.

As a private fitness studio owner, I really enjoy having Jordan working at our studio. His sense of humor and his respectful and positive attitude are a joy to be around. He is also very tidy and clean, and I always appreciate the way he treats us and his clients, the other trainers, and our space.

It has been over 3 years since I worked with Jordan when he was at 24 Hour Fitness. My comments are based on the lasting impression that he had on me and what I remember most. He was the inspiration behind me getting into working out. He made them enjoyable and fun. Not to mention he has loads of certification related to fitness and related activities.
