Masks or face coverings are required during entry, check-in, and while leaving the studio. Masks are encouraged during the practice. Nicole first came to yoga in search of way to deal with anxiety. As she continued to practice, not only did she gain more of a sense of calm, but she also noticed that yoga's physical and spiritual benefits were transforming many areas of her life - both personal and professional. That's what inspired her to teach.
This class is suitable for all bodies and levels of experience. Poses are performed seated in a chair and/or standing and using the chair for support. This is a wonderful class for seniors and folks with limited mobility, people who may be new to yoga, those who would like to incorporate yoga into their workday, or anyone desiring a gentle practice.
Bring a yoga mat and some water. If you don't have your own yoga mat, there are a few studio mats available to borrow. We offer tiered, pay what you can pricing: $7, $10, or $14 per class - whatever works best for you, no questions asked. If you need financial assistance or are unable to pay for classes, contact the studio to explore scholarship options.

The staff keeps it safe and comfortable with masks and great spacing, plus online classes are still an option. The pricing structure is fair and reasonable. I love going to Nicole's slow flow and Leo's Hatha classes. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, and they encourage you to practice your
