This site is operated by Sentry Management. Our presence in New Smyrna Beach began almost 30 years ago and we remain the most established and trusted multi-complex resource in the area helping connect condominium owners to vacation seekers. Our office is fully staffed by local residents that are able to respond quickly as vacation rental situations demand.
STAYS OF 2 OR MORE MONTHS: 1st month + cleaning fee + service and handling charges and taxes are due 30 days prior to arrival, 2nd month due at check-in, each month thereafter due monthly with balance paid in full 30 days prior to departure. A $39 non-refundable damage waiver is billed for each reservation.

Whether you have a special event or are just wanting to relax and spend time on the water, the Island Girl is has it all. On board Island Girl you can spend the day cruising down the Halifax or Indian River with the opportunity to observe wildlife and all nature has to offer.

When making our reservation we could not get through to anyone on the phone. Finally we got through to someone when we needed to ADD a day onto our reservation. We were able to do so, but fast forward to our stay at OceanWalk Condos we noticed our parking pass was ending a day short of our stay. We were unsure why so we spent TWO DAYS trying to get in touch with someone at the office. I finally got through to a Tara (?) and was told I would receive a callback that evening. Never happened. Didn’t get a call the next morning either, so we assumed we were fine and our original check out day was
