How do I make a reservation? There are two ways to book a reservation in our beautiful oceanfront complex. You can book on our website directly with a Saturday arrival and departure or give us a call. Is there a Security Deposit? Guests of Sea Coast Gardens can decide to purchase our Damage Waiver or choose to leave a $500 security deposit on a credit card.

The neighbors were friendly and the pools were wonderful at night We did not locate the handicap beach access but besides that everything was as needed A great rental indeed! It's the first time in awhile we felt so welcomed as a big group. Usually our shuffle board tourney and family dinner in the office area are met with frowns and looks of inconvenience.

We just had our first vacation there and found our condo to be very nice. We were on an upper floor on an inside corner and still had a nice ocean view from our balcony. The 3 month "winter-over" renters are the heart and soul of this place, had an awesome time meeting them. The pools and property are well taken care of, the shuffle board courts were awesome. Restaurants around here were top notch. We would do this again in a heartbeat !
Well we booked for 2 weeks (still here) and our experience has been horrendous. We were told there was light construction

Condo was clean and well kept beds little uncomfortable . If your looking for a friendly place don't stay here the staff were not friendly at all . They made you feel at times you weren't good enough unless you had a time share at this Condos . We were packing up and loading our vehicle to leave out and we took the packing pass back to the room like the instructions read to place back in room .Before we left we didn't even make it back to the room a staff member it was a lady checking parking pass place a tow receipt on our vehicle to be tow . The lady was watching us the whole time so knew we

Although our condo was nice, the condo management here is very unfriendly and inflexible There are rules posted everywhere and the manager walks around strictly enforcing them. Not only does she walk around, she hired an extra pool monitor to help enforce the rules even though there was never more than 15-20 people using the pools at any one time. No floats in pool other than noodles so they actually told a parent that their four year old couldn’t use her kickboard. No balls so told a father with teenage son that were passing a football in an empty pool they couldn’t. Literally no one else

The condo itself was fairly nice. The condo was clean and there are many of the basics (utensils, dishes, etc) available. The view was nice and the amenities were clean and well-kept. The major issues that ruined the experience were the fact that doors did not seal well and thus the heat and noise from the outside intrude when you've come back inside to escape it. You can drop the AC below 74, so if you want to cool off don't expect to do it any time soon. The worst part was that the other tenants don't adhere to the rules, so even though the pool closes at sunset expect to have screaming children

The absolute worst place I have ever vacationed. We rented a condo through a private party that owns the condo through Airbnb. The condo is perfect. Was spotless, organized, and very welcoming. The owner of said condo is very helpful, quick to respond, kind, and does everything in their power to make your stay amazing. However, the staff and local residents of Sea Coast Gardens II, are very rude. Apparently the property is “smoke free” yet there are no signs anywhere on the property that state such. (I was told that is apparently in the “policy” that is online) I had a resident yell at

This is an ok place to stay I do love the outdoor deck and shuffle board. Plenty of things to do with the kids two pools a couple of grills . A few things I didn't like they didn't want you leave
your chairs out to dry overnight, you couldn't let your towels dry on the balcony overnight-just ridiculous rules. Having items dry overnight in FL is very common.
