Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Check, cash or money order. We Accept Credit Cards. In addition to the rent there will be a $100 administrative fee, 12.5% taxes (6.5% sales tax, 6% resort tax), and a one time cleaning fee ranging from $225.00 - $450.00 per unit depending on the size of the unit.
