I emailed about seeing the available apartment and when I arrived I was told by the manager Beatrice that she didn’t speak with anyone about seeing the apartment and that it was already being rented… If that is the case then why would someone contact me LAST NIGHT regarding this vacancy? She was also rude as hell.

BEWARE!!! THE MANAGER BEATRICE .. SHE IS A FRAUD. SHE STEALS FROM THE COMPANY .THERE IS CERTAIN APARTNENTS SHE RENTS OUT TO HER ILLEGAL WORKERS THAT SHE DOESNT REPORT TO THE COMPANY AND SHE KEEPS THE MONEY. SHE ALSO WILL FORGE YOUR SIGNATURE. THE STORAGES THAT COME WITH THE APTS SHE CHARGES YOU FOR THEM AND KEEPS THE MONEY. FOR YEARS SHE HAS BEEN STEALING FROM COMPANY THE TENANTS THAT HAVE LIVED THERE FOR YEARS KNOW OF THIS BUT WONT SPEAK UP BECAUSE THEY ARE SCARED OF HER..AND FOR THE TENANTS THAT HAVE BEEN THERE FOR YEARS AND ARE ON RENT CONTROL SHE WONT UPDATE THEIR. TLDR: Not a good experience with the manager and the pipes in the apartment are old and small
I lived in a studio in the apartments for exactly two months. I moved out because there was a counterflow from the kitchen sink which resulted in approximately 45 gallons of water pouring into my room like a waterfall (the overflow was caused by a pipe blockage from my neighbor, because apparently the pipe systems in this apartment complex are old and small, and for whatever reason management kept the sink food disposals installed despite knowing this issue).
