I enjoy living here. It's clean, convenient, and quiet 99.9% of the time. No smoking of ANY kind allowed! And when someone is caught, they are kicked out immediately! I've seen it happen to folks too many times. They also have periodic inspections if they find tenants are not taking care of their place (like if there are bugs, they investigate to see where, or from where those bugs are coming from). So hoarding or having a nasty place will be found out. It's easy living though. And people for the most part respect each other.

This is the WORST place I have EVER lived. HORRIBLE HORROR STORY. GIANT COCKROACHES UGH! It is so HOT, there is not air or system to push air through it is unbearable. The on site manager janelle is absolutely a nut. She let the place have no house cleaning for weeks at a time so all the trashcans were over filled. More Bugs came, of course. Nothing ever works. The wifi...the kitchen..It is really loud at night with the big rigs driving by really fast like a freeway. The manager charges certain people more for the same room. There is some international student scam going on. There is NO parking

WARNING: This place is infested with roaches and the photos you see online is not what you will be stepping into once you sign that lease. I recommend finding another place to stay unless you absolutely can't find anywhere else to rent a place at. The only reason why it gets one star is because the lease is month to month.
