If you ar planning to here, don't do that.

You don't get what you pay for, unsafe place party's all the time so you basically can't sleep and managers don't care about it.

All packs that you buy online, you can't get it cause they constantly stolen on mail room, every single one is one issue. And guess what, manager don't care.

Not a fan of Management. I would have never renewed my lease knowing that Management could careless about the residents safety when there was a car theft and havent told anyone about it! I have kids and a single woman and knowing any sort of crime one should be aware of not finding out accidentally from someone else.

I had an absolutely awful experience here. I lived here for a short year and a half or so and experienced so many issues. I had to relocate several times while living here due to the issues in my unit. Here are the issues I experienced while living at Tuscany Villas:

-Leak in wall- within the first few weeks of living in the building I discovered a leak in the wall and a strong smell of mildew. It was fixed but I had to have a giant and very loud fan in my apartment as well as maintenance in and out for about a week.
- Locked in apartment due to old locks. When I moved in I called management

It's a decent place but not everything is perfect. No guest parking, finding parking spot for a guest is always a pain. Most of the machines in laundry doesn't work/under maintainace. Appartment units and good but the amenities are not well maintained.

I lived here for over 2 years and took great care of the apartment. I received a check for the security deposit today... needless to say it was whatever change was left over from their complete renovation they did to the out of date apartment. There was only carpet in 1 room and it was very well maintained... yet they charged me to replace the carpet.. which they were going to replace anyway. Bottom line...they WILL use your deposit for their own gain and give you whatever Change is left over. The on-site management is fine and probably has nothing to do with the security deposit. But the fact

Well my family and I have been living here for about 17 months now. Although nothing is perfect we've been really happy to live here so far. Rent isn't the cheapest by far, but it does feel like home. The maintenance crew does a great job of maintaining the building clean and I can't say enough about the onsite management staff - Mara and Ian have been 100% excellent to us. Any issues we have are taken care of pretty quickly. The only complaint I'd have is the cost - it definitely isn't the cheapest in the neighborhood, but overall we have been 100% happy and would highly

This was the worst place I've ever lived. Management is horrible, the up keep on the place even worse & the cost of living here unbelievable. Wouldn't recommend this place to even my enemies. When it came time for us to move out, when we finally did & handed the keys over, management was very unproffessional. We learned,11 days after we had already moved out, some young kids broke into the place & caused so much damage. Tuscany tried suing us for the damage even though we had been off the property for almost 2 weeks & had turned over the property to them. This just shows not only how unprofessional

I've lived at Tuscany Villas now almost 3 years. Every year, they inspect your apartment and ask what you need to fix. So far, I've asked for my window to be fixed because the trim of it will fall off exposing the glass, our lights need to be replaced which are very hard to find, our stove only has 2 burners working, and almost all of our sockets are lose. They have documented these in there walk through and nothing has been done about it. I've seen other people in other apartments and the manager takes care of their tenants but ours doesn't care. We have to speak with the maintenance

Although we ultimately decided not to live in Tuscany Villas, our interaction with Ian was so positive, we were very close to signing the lease with him right up until we found the 3 bedroom home. Tuscany Villas were very warm, friendly, and welcoming while maintaining a very professional appearance and interaction. From my perspective, having Ian as the face of Tuscany Villas is a great asset to the apartment complex. I felt that having him in the office meant that i would always have a dependable, understanding, and fair representative in the office that i could turn to for help. If my comments

Just tried to make a payment online to pay my rent for Tuscany Villas! DON'T DO IT!!! While attempting to pay online they wanted to charge me a $63.00 fee in order to pay my rent. What a rip off! Just not worth it! A convenience fee! Like hell if I'm going to throw my money away! For what I'm paying for rent I could be making a house payment! Read the fine print before making any payment online!

My husband and I have lived on the North side since August. We have lived in a one and two bedroom. We have loved our experience so far. The office and maintenance team are incredible. They are very responsive when something needs to be fixed. There are a lot of families and everyone is friendly. Overall the complex is very quiet, even on the weekends. Yes, it is pet friendly and there are a lot of dogs but we hardly hear them. It also has a gym, pool, hot tub and nice grill area (huge plus!). We would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new home. Ask for Lauren in the office, she&apos

I've lived at Tuscany Villas for the past 2 years and I have had an amazing time being here! It's the best apartment I've ever lived in as a young professional. The rent is reasonably priced, the apartments are spacious and there's great natural lighting. They offer parking, a pool, jacuzzi, on site laundry and a grill. It's been overall a very pleasant experience. Anytime I have an issue I go to the office and they handle it gracefully and immediately. I always feel very supported by the management here and I love the neighborhood, it is very safe and comfortable.

I've lived at TV North for a couple years now. I'm actually leaving to a new complex because there was a few major changes in rent prices that affected my interest in staying, but I don't blame anyone that works there for that. First of all, the complex is very pet friendly, and everyone seems to love our dog as he is super excited to see everyone. The grass and greenery is trimmed regularly, and someone mops the floors almost every day. All in all, the place is kept up. Priscilla has been there since I've been there, and she's seen me get married, child born, and

Lived here in 2012 for a very short time. Terrible place to live. The residents are terrible as well as the management. The place is setup like a prison. No real open space to walk around in this area. Also there is a church/school next door and everyday a sewage truck comes to empty raw sewage from that area and you can smell it when your inside. There's no A/C and no fridge when you move in. Do not move here.

The staff here is extremely dismissive. You call and they sound like you just interrupted something really important that they were doing. And this weekend, after trying 3 times and getting rude answers from the girl from the front office, I went there, stood by the door and called. I watched from far to see if she was busy or just slacking.
The lady answered. I asked about availability. She responded with one word: Yes. I asked if she could show the apartments. She said: No (silence) I asked why. She said: I cant right now. (slience). I was like well, what time can you show? She said: I dont

I currently live here. And I'll agree with most of what's been said. The laundry on prepaid cards is great for management because it's secure in that no one will break the machines trying to steal the change. But if you run low on funds on a weekend, you're out of luck! It looks nice at first glance but like closely and you'll see the counters are painted and there is MANY layers of paint on the walls. Hiding who knows what.

Speaking of laundry. If you get an apartment on the east side of the building you're good because both laundry rooms are over there. If you
