It’s a mixed bag. The building is really old but they slapped a new coat of paint on it. It’s a poor location in general because of all the noise. We are close to Torrance Blvd and a hospital. I hear sirens and traffic noise almost constantly. Some of the traffic noise from Anza Ave is unbearable with motorcycles and loud exhaust regularly.
In 2021, we’re still using quarters for laundry and half the machines are not working correctly at any time. I asked about this and they said they’re waiting on the laundry company and now as I post this, it’s been a whole year that we have been waiting

I deleted my five star review moments ago to tell you that this apartment has silverfish and spiders everywhere with their bathroom having a big scratch but other than that it has a nice pool, tennis court, basketball court, laundry room, and have amazing services. I will be leaving this place in less than 3 months maybe and will have scary but mostly awesome memories.

I called Milano looking to get some information on current leasing rates. I explained to the leasing agent how I understand there will be a range depending on when I planned on moving in. The lady proceeded to tell me 3 times that she couldn't get any more specific than a $500+ rental range. You really think the rent could possibly range $500 within a 1 month timespan? No chance. When I repeated that I understood there was a range, she rudely repeated the same exact thing she had previously said. She didn't listen nor care about my question. I'm grateful I got a taste of how the staff treats their

I’ve been a resident for almost a year now and have had an amazing experience, Glenn in the front office is extremely helpful and attentive to my questions. Also really impressed with how fast they were able to support when I needed a maintenance request and the technician was really polite. Definitely the right move

Worst Move in experience
I recently moved to Milano apartment. I have changed couple of apartments but move in experience with Milano is worst one! In my experience, move-in inspection letter is just formality as It seems they are not looking all the issues mentioned in move in inspection report. This is first time I am writing negative review about any apartment because I am out of my patience this time!
First of all management is not responsive to clearly well articulated email with attached images. I have email thread where I need to gently remind few times in order to address the issue. Maintenance
