I've resided at the complex for approximately three years. Within that time the staff, especially Jamie, Bianca and the maintenance staff have proven to be, time and time again, professional, responsive in a timely manner and ALWAYS kind and courteous. They have gone out of their way to be extremely accommodating and gentle with their response when I made a request that was not in alignment with the resident rules. They ALL are the reason I decided to stay at the complex another year. Regards,

I have been at this complex for awhile and maintenance handles your issue in a timely manner and they are professional. I had a leak in my bedroom from the recent heavy rain and when I called the office Jamie immediately sent maintenance over to take a look at the issue. The same week Bianca had the vendor come out to further investigate and right after there was a company here to fix the roof. I appreciate the promptness and customer service they provided to resolve my issue in a timely manner. Maintenance did an excellent job of taking care of my needs and was really friendly.

I’ve lived here for a few years and haven’t had an issue. The management team has always been helpful and have been supportive as I’ve gone through difficult situations. The homes are a bit dated but there make up for it in size and price. The maintenance men have been around for years. You’ll see them on the property and they’re always friendly. They’ve been able to fix issues I’ve experienced without any issues.

Its funny to read these comments because when I lived here with my mom back in 2000-2002, the experience was HORRIBLE. I see much hasnt changed. The gym was always closed and dirty. The trash always overflowed and the gate always broke. Its a shame after ALL THIS TIME this complex hasnt updated the insides of these apartments. Youd rather update the outside than the inside. Our rent was 850 for the unit thats now 1400. There were way too many snakes in that complex. Wont be looking into these ever again.

Management company doing a poor job keeping the complex well maintained. Regardless of how clean you keep your apartment, roaches of all sizes will find their way to every single room and area of your place, including your bed and shower. Pest control doesn't do a great job unless you are home to guide them, even then the complex isn't kept clean so bugs and roaches will find their way to your place from outside or your neighbor/s (even if you are on a higher floor).
I am uncertain if there is a communication issue between the maintenance team and leasing or if it is the way they handle these
