The apartment is spacious and the leasing agents are okay, but ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES and more ROACHES!! It’s infested, they came and sprayed and it made a little difference, but still it’s ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES everywhere!!!! If it wasn’t for that, these apartment wouldn’t be a bad place to live.

Went with my mother to view an apartment last week. ROACH INFESTED. Why would you even give someone a key to go view an apartment COVERED in roaches? And then expect them to sign a lease?! Truthfully, even if there were no roaches, the place was just raggedy. Poorly maintained, and had a bad smell. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have came to these apartment several times in 2020 my last visit was today 12/31/2021 now, on every apartment site it is clearly stating that they have units available but when you go to the office and soon i got to the top stairs of the Leasing office the manager came outside and stated they have nothing available. I thought i was dress very professional and i am assuming they are trying to portray a certain image and i wasn't it. If they don't have any apartments available why mislead the public with all these ads on these apartment site and there's nothing available to rent. I'm not bitter

If I could rate zero stars I would. I drove here from Peachtree Corners and got stuck in traffic on 285. I get here at 4:20 p.m. and no one greets me. A gentleman is sitting in the office talking on his personal phone. He sees me enter into the building and with no sense of urgency does he ask if I need assistance. He finally decides to come out the office since I'm looking around wondering if any one else has noticed me. He then advises me that the office is closed. I stated it says your leasing office doesn't close until 5. He stated the leasing agent left early. This isn't a good start when

1st i love love LOVE the apartment so much and its very spacious. we've had some bumps in the road since moving in but lometa wyche has been very helpful in the situation giving us guidance on the matter it self and helping us threw it . i appreciate it a lot . i would recommend the apartments to family and friends . every place has flaws nothing is perfect but linden ridge is perfect to call our home :) today makes a month and two weeks that we've been living here

We have lived here for a month now. ANYTIME, I have had any questions or issues the staff quickly resolved or answered my questions. Standing ovation to Andrea and Ramona in the leasing office. They are always a phone call away to help with whatever arises. They return phone calls promptly.
It is so nice to interact with the leasing office and maintenance staff, they are always so friendly and professional.
If you are searching for a nice, hectic free, spacious place to live give Linden Ridge a try. You will not be disappointed.
