Horrible. They are sneaky..slow on maintenance. Use the bait and switch tactic for unit. Older unkempt units go to Section 8 tenant.. No marble tops. Older old fashion appliances..Pool opens 3 weeks a yr..weight room is a joke and zero business office . One large garbage can for 300 units always broken down overflowed and attract RATS

So the process to view the apartment was a bit tricky but Shawn worked with me. However I feel like they scam people. I applied a couple days ago and smack in the middle of the application (your payment info is requested before fully completing the app), after putting my payment info in, the page timed out and I had to reload it. Well surprise, I didn’t get to put the rest of in employment info in but I was automatically denied due to my credit, which they allegedly pull through Experian. I checked Experian and even got a copy of my credit report and my scores were higher than what they stated

The office manager is name Sherri and is extremely rude. She doesn’t care about the tenants or the property. I have been staying here for 3 years and I will not be renewing my lease because she is the worst. She has zero customer service and management skills, not sure how she even got the job.. neither the pool or gym hasn’t been open since I been staying here. If you want to do your own repairs and have all your request ignored move here. You can pay almost 1400.00 dollars rent for a 3 bedroom anywhere. The only reason I renewed by lease last year is because it was the middle of the pandemic

There’s a guy there with locks and a bald spot. He is extremely rude. We had an appointment today and it was a pure rip off. He showed us a 1400 sq apartment and told us the one we’ll be getting is 1050 sq. That’s a big difference. There wasn’t any other model left to show us what we would be even similar to getting. It’s $200 to save an unit, After I ask if the $200 was refundable he said NO and I said we’ll be in touch. Then he proceeded to follow me to my car where my child was. I told him not to speak to my child speak to me and he said he won’t speak to me unless I apply for

The prices are wrong on the website. I used the website to set up a tour only to be told when I got there that I would have to come back another day since they don’t do tours after 4. Okay fine. I schedule a new tour in person with the woman there and she gives me a paper with the correct prices not listed on the site. So I come back today for the tour scheduled and this time there is a man in there. I tell him I’m here for my scheduled tour and he starts asking a bunch of questions, when did you schedule a tour? With who? We don’t give tours in the rain. And we won’t have any openings

I just tried to come get info on the apartment and the leasing agent let the handy man come to the door trying to block me from entering (I definitely had on a mask )but couldn’t answer any of my questions and when I said I’m just trying to get info on any availability she screamed from the back nothing is available until March they wouldn’t even give me info on the property just closed the door on me

Been a tenant here for 3-4 years and despite the apartments themselves being a nice view, management has failed multiple times to deal with the roach infestation, especially during the fall to winter timings and are prone to not following with haste fixing the molding issues in regards to our vent system that is problematic for individuals with respiratory problems (has been an ongoing circumstance) along with plumbing issues.
I can’t recommend this location simply cause overall quality of the establishment is low even by regular standards.
Hopefully they change their professional

I absolutely love these apartments I moved in May and haven’t had any problems, rooms are huge, nicely renovated, My favorite part is the screened in porch Nice place to enjoy coffee in the morning.The Front office staff are very nice. Roberta Is literally the best she is super friendly and helped move in super quick. I know if I ever have any problems she will always help me absolutely love her. And the community is so welcoming, nice, and I’m able to have peace and quiet.

I am legally Disabled and a 2x stroke survivor. I can not continue to live here and pay rent if I have to constantly be in 85-95 degree heat because my AC is always non-functional or completely out for months.
At this point it has caused my electric bill to triple for several months and I am on a fixed income. I have had to sleep at friends place for health safety reasons to avoid medical complications due to heat in my APT.

And I thought it was just me....... I moved into Alden Ridge in Dec and my apt was broken into in April (took everything valuble including juices i had put away for my daughter sweet 16 party) I received the exact same response from staff and was even advised to just get ADT and keep it moving for the most part and no sympathy what so ever was recieved. So now I'm not only paying my rent monthly but also a monthly ADT bill... I've lived here for six months since I was a student at GaTech until now. Because of an inconclusive burglary happening lately and an intense sense of insecurity where we live, I and my spouse are trying to move out.
