I wouldn’t recommend moving here for this amount, management refuses to hire competent professionals to do repairs or maintenance. I have not had working A/C since I’ve moved here throughout the summer and winter. Constant “repairs” without any solution. I had a leak from up stairs and was starting to form mold…. They attempted to clean the mold off then spray paint over the rest…. As if the leak from floor to ceiling isn’t a bigger liability. I’ve done multiple request and they mark each request as completed before actually coming to finish the job. Leasing agents will tell you

I have been trying to get in contact with the leasing consultant since last Wednesday, tomorrow makes a week, still no call back or email back. My starting lease date was yesterday. Really frustrated with the way my application is being handled and the lack of communication. Im located in another state, most leasing consultants are more attentive to their future residents. This isnt a good look for the complex after reading previous reviews in regards to communication. Disappointed.

I just recently moved in, Nichole helped me through the whole leasing process and has been amazing! She's knows all about the community and the area, the maintenance is very friendly and has fixed the few things I needed upon move in. These are really spacious apartments and decently priced for what you are getting.

Adela has been an incredible leasing agent thought the entirety of my move-in process. She was honest and upfront about all costs associated with moving in, gave an amazing tour of the property and was beyond welcoming to me from the very first time we met. The move-in process was pretty simple, there's plenty of parking, and the amenities are really great. All in all, I am very pleased with my unit and the surrounding area.

Not sure who the lady is that answers the phone from the leasing office but she is definitely rude ! I call asking about a tour for a one bedroom, one bathroom and she just seems so uninterested in my request. She responds with “What's your name, I’ll call you back” just very blunt and uninterested in doing her job!

I’ve lived here for about 4 years now. Management has really turned things around. Monique and her team are awesome and always make their best efforts to make my apartment feel like home. When there is an issue with the apartment, it gets handled promptly. The gate is 7/10 working so I feel safe. Never any bugs. 😄
