So I completed my one year lease here, and although very convenient due to the area, these are very over priced apartments for what you get. On top of that, they are raising the rent for this studio by $160 without completing or adding any sort of upgrades.
My dishwasher was broken upon move in, it took 4 months into my lease before repaired. The ac unit leaked water and caused black mold to grow all throughout my studio. I went without hot water for 4 days while that & the hot water heater were being replaced and the only mold removal they attempted was the spray paint over the visible spots

Because of a recent change regarding work, my twin and I needed to find a place quickly and very last minute. From my first call to The Springs of Country Woods, Alex went above and beyond in helping me find a place. Alex was very patient and kind. She guided me through the whole application process and things I needed to take care of to make the move in process easy. Since, I was doing everything remotely, I was a bit worried and stressed about the whole process. However, I could not ask for more from Alex. I recently moved in and had the pleasure of meeting Aspen. She assisted me in the whole process. I just want to say that the tour alone was amazing she took us through all the amenities they offer and even walked us through a couple of apartment options. The whole time being very kind and professional. The paperwork process was such an ease she helped through the entire process and was always there one on one if I needed help.

Don’t move here! We paid the deposit the management requires to reserve your apartment. Which is worthless. It does not guarantee that you are getting the apartment you want and the price either. A week before moving to the apartment. They told us that the resident wanted to stay. We had to reschedule our moving truck and go through the whole… process of getting an apartment. All of you know how stressful is to find an apartment and even more with such a short notice. All they had to say was I’m sorry. If you guys want to avoid going through this painful process don’t move

I would not recommend The Springs to anyone with common sense. Maintenance is nothing short of disgusting. Dog droppings can be seen across any patch of grass in sight. If you think you can escape it by just walking on the sidewalk think again. Enjoy listening to every conversation your neighbors have since the walls are paper thin. Trying to get a… hold of the leasing office is a nightmare. If you plan on moving get ready to pay an additional months rent since the leasing office will claim you didn't give them 60 days notice even after multiple emails and phone calls trying to get through

We move have in our unit for 2 months now. We had some issues the first month. But folks at the office have work with us and gotten them resolve everything. I love the space. And our view is amazing staring into the sunrise every morning. Neighbors nice and pretty quite. Amenities are great. Only down side is that they are only open during office hrs. Other then that I highly recommend this community.

I was moving in less than two weeks. Alex, in the leasing office, shot a video and took photos of the unit I was interested in. Broke down all the costs and fees and then assisted in my getting everything set up for my arrival. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother transaction. Everyone in the office has been kind and quick to answer questions. The property is mostly clean (only negative is that pet parents of large dogs seldom pick up the feces.). This property sits so close to the mountains it feels as if you could touch them. I recommend the team and the property. Now, if only tenants would

I have decided to write this so other people know what they are getting into!! We have lived here about 9 months and I can not wait for my lease to end! When we first came the Springs of Country Woods to look for an apartments we fell in love with the location, the amenities and friendly staff. I needed to find a place ASAP and we decided to take… this apartment. Upon renting this apartment we were placed with 3 different staff to finish all paper work through out the week. One staff would tell me one price and the next staff would tell me a different price. None of the paperwork I received
