Car wash books contain 5 tickets, never expire and will always be honored for the printed service, regardless of any possible price changes. If a customer would like to upgrade from the ticket they hold to another package, the ticket will act as a full retail discount for the value of that ticket towards the purchase of a larger package.

I used to love going to Gerrings NOTANY MORE…..IM DONE. I know they say not to leave valuables in the car but also your employees should be trustworthy and honest. I accidentally left some Coach sunglasses in the car and one of their employees took them. I went right in and talked to the cashier and called later to see if anyone turned some in. To no avail. This is the 2nd time I’ve had something stolen. The cashier could have at least went out and asked them about the sunglasses. But she just said not to leave valuable things in your car. I am never going back. I do not recommend going to

MOTHERS WITH CHILDREN WHO WANT THEIR CAR CLEANED, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE! I hadn't been to Gerrings in a few years and needed the inside of my car vacuumed and wiped down from wet, snowy boots with boot prints on the backs of the driver and passenger seats. When I arrived, I told the guy who greeted me what I wanted and asked him to point me in the right direction, trusting the inside would be clean and vacuumed well. I use Gerrings for convienience.I like there underbody flush that is so important in the winter to slow the rusting down. My only problem is they will open your downs to wipe the rocks and grit from the door jambs and jump right back on your paint. These are the small scratches you see in the paint in certain light during the day.

Gerring's is very nostalgic for me. I will say that the last several years (3), I've been disappointed when I get anything done on the interior. The windows never get wiped down as good as they used to, my front windshield and center console/infotainment system and dashboard never get wiped down. If you go here for the expectation of you get what you pay for, that won't happen here. It's unfortunate that their reputation is leaving a bad taste in my mouth, and just this last time I went there I finally just did an exterior wash and I felt good about my expectations for the price for once. It got the job done but like the other reviews say - it wasn’t a good job. Basically the outside of my car was clean and they threw trash away inside. Nothing was wiped down inside, dust still present, NOTHING inside was wiped down. There was 3 men working on my car and I got the top package they had and kept making it a point to say I needed it done well. But thanks.
Also a few car magnets came off my car and no one noticed. The sticky outline is still on the car though so not much of a good wipe down.

I paid $42 because I asked to have “the works” (second most comprehensive offering on the menu) and asked to ALSO have the rear ending Mat washed. Mats we’re all washed and soaking wet and the interior wasn’t touched. Filthy when I got in. I went in and voiced my complaint and was told it’s extra for interior cleaning. I can run my car through the BP car wash and get the same results.

One of the worst car-wash experiences in my life. Had only asked for exterior car wash (no inside detailing) and paid $15 + $5 tip. I get in my car and there is water everywhere. I called to notify regarding quality issue and was treated with the most disrespect. Was not only greeted with "you have no idea what you're talking about" and under-mining but there was zero percent they were going to offer any sort of refund or credit. This was my first experience here and absolutely last. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Luckily, not permanent damage but I did have to spend a good 45 minutes wiping down the interior
