I grew up taking my car to Blue Velvet in the early 2000s and it had been great back in the day. In more recent years, quality of service really seemed to taper off, so I hadn't been back in about 4 years. I still live nearby and had been thinking I'd like to see how it'd go these days. Today, I did the mid level wash with the added $9 full service to get the interior cleaned because it really needed it. I don't think it was touched at all. I've got leather, so I understand vacuuming isn't as necessary on the seats, but they still should have been wiped down with something and the carpet in the

Called to schedule an appointment for a 9am interior detail on Sat. 1/1/22. It's -15 degrees outside BTW and needed this done today. It's now 3:20pm same day. Showed up 5 minutes early, no one there. Fine, I'm early. Waited till 9:10am outside, called, no answer. Left message. Waited another 10 minutes. Drove around the building to make sure if anyone was there. Nope. Then i left. Went home and had to vacuum my car in -15 degree temps. Thanks Blue Velvet! I'll never go back and say this, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I still have not heard back from them. Thanks for wasting my time.

First time attending this carwash. I always drive by it and it usually has a few cars in line so I always say I'll come another time. I decided to wait for it this time and I'm glad I did. The line went really fast and they did am awesome job. My truck was cleaned inside and out, and they hand dry it. I will be back again!

I have been going to Blue Velvet and putting up with their poor service for way too long. This is the last time I'm going there. Today I spent $38 for the ultimate wash plus an extra four dollars for wheel shine. There was no wheel shine, the back of the car with the seats folded down for the hatchback hadn't been touched at all, two of the windows hadn't been cleaned on the inside and I think they made no attempt at all to vacuum the backseats. Totally unacceptable. A manager should be doing a quality check with every car. Yes I should've spoken up before but I have reasons

Car upholstery cleaned and door treatment.. my seats look dirtier than before like dirty water dirty not at all happy with the service took them two days to call me back and pain two weeks to get an appointment for them to fix it so yes I've been driving around with dirty water looking seats in my beautiful car.

My car just looks shiny over the dirt. The inside of the car doesn’t look any different and my doors were never cleaned. I run a mini donut truck and my car was pretty dirty from sugar and all the supplies I drive around, but they just pushed the sugar around and smeared the flour into the carpets. And that’s if it didn’t turn to sugary goop running down my car.

You would get the same outside wash at the gas station. I went here for mainly getting my inside vacuumed and the surface areas wiped down. They will not wipe down the simple things inside the vehicle they say that is detailing. No, that is not detailing in my option to wipe down the console and the other full service car wash's have it in their basic service. They always leave me disappointed. I gave them so many chances as they are local and I drive by it everyday, but I now go out of my way half an hour one way to Touch Em in Rogers- as they do a excellent job!

I've been going to this car wash for four years and the results have never been WOW, but this last time was ridiculous. First let me say that after my full-service wash, the exterior of the car looks really nice, except for that one bug still on the windshield.
As they finished up he interior I approached my open drivers side door and there were clearly splatters of mud on the frame... It's the first thing you see when you open the door, but I guess they didn't notice! I asked the girl to clean it, and I she swiped a dry towel over the splatters and when none of the junk came

If I could give less than 1 star I most certainly would. What a waste of time and money! Stay away, keep your money and go anywhere else. The wash is mediocre at best and the two high school kids that don't care about anything are expected to dry off your car completely, but such is not the case. Worst experience ever!!!!

Took 2 cars to get cleaned. Lousy jobs on both. Went there since I had taken a car there 8 months ago and they did an AMAZING job inside and out. This time first with the car I had previously taken. The wheels still had brake dust on them and there were still skittles on the back floor and the dash was still dusty. Then I took the second car there. This car I really wanted the inside cleaned so it may get a better trade-in value. Guess I'll have to do it myself. Being retired and 76, I'll hire some 12 year old, blind folded, duck taped hands so not to be able to feel dirt, sticky mess

Went to Blue Velvet today more so to get the interior wiped out good. What a horrible job! Paid $20.00 for the basic wash and interior clean. They didn't even wipe down the door jams as they are suppose to as part of the package. I was the only car there with at least 7 employees. Waste of money and time. Will not be going back!

I want to start out by saying that my vehicle was extremely dirty when I dropped it off and much cleaner when I picked it up. But I do have a few concerns... 1. Although my vehicle was my much cleaner that I dropped it off there were many noticable areas that were not even touched. 2. I have never heard of an interior detail that only used soap and water to clean your vehicle. They didn't treat the dash or any of the "leather" in my car. 3. The price for what was done was way to steep. 150 dollars for a job anyone with a vacuum could have done?!?! I don't think so. Not only

I went to Blue Velvet on the last day of a Living Social coupon. It was busy and that was expected and was fine. My car and its tires were fine when I got to Blue Velvet. When it came through the wash, the back left tire was completely (as in, on the rim) flat. I immediately went to management and they refused to help me.
When talking to the manager, he refused to inspect the car and stated flatly that there is no way the back tired could have been damaged by the car wash. In inquiring with staff at the car wash, I was told that their normal
