We have an apartment at Meriel Marina Bay and last night they hosted a free comedy show for all the residents. It was fantastic. There were 12 different comedians and they were hilarious. The show was held outdoors, it was a beautiful evening. They even served craft cocktails, which were delicious. My husband and I had a great time and were still laughing this morning. Meriel does lots of fun events for the residents which really makes the place special.

The rent is outrages - management constantly turning over -last manager lasted a week. The noise is horrible - management won't address not enforce. Outdoor noise even worse from parking lot and the club. The gym now opens at 700 am because someone complained .
The rugs, elevator smell of urine.
Why are we paying so much money at this pitiful place?

Be aware the loading dock elevator has a relatively low ceiling; tall pieces of furniture will have to be carried upstairs. The maintenance people are super helpful; it would also be helpful if the apartments had a manual detailing appliance operation etc, but thankfully the maintenance folks are very responsive. There are way too few mobile carts available for hauling items, and carts with broken wheels do seem to languish for days.

Greg from the maintenance team is incredibly quick, effective and as nice as can be. He came to our unit to replace lightbulbs and before he left I mentioned we had a sink and shower drain issue, not only did he take the time to handle these problems which weren’t requested by me on the original inquiry, he was gracious enough to leave me a tool to help fix the issue quicker next time. Great guy

The apartments and the building are beautiful in general but the noise is horrible. At night people racing cars in the parking lot, and using fireworks; in the morning trash trucks and delivery trucks start making noise very early. We got tired of complaining to the staff, there's nothing that can be done about this.

Changing my rating based on the action the management team has taken. I do very much like the apartments, they are modern and very well maintained. The maintenance team cares and they are top notch.
My main complaint before was about the noise from a few clowns treating the roads and large parking lot for the State Park as a race zone. The management team took action and has done all that can be done (out side of speed bumps - which may cause other issues) , the noise is greatly reduced. I would give 5 stars, the noise is a rare issue, but I do believe that some folks still do drive unsafely around

My boyfriend and I chose this community because of the location (can't beat water views) in addition to the amenities and price. We were thrilled with the park and dog beach next door as we knew we'd be getting a dog within the year. The management team is very responsive and maintenance requests are extremely quick and efficient.

This building is beautiful and the location is perfect especially if you work in S Boston / Seaport. You're SO close to Boston yet still out of the city. They offer a free shuttle for residents to the train station which is so convenient especially when parking is $7 a day at the train. Alex in the leasing office has been the most kind and helpful leasing person I've ever worked with and everyone I've encountered who works there has been great. The amenities are impeccable and being on the marina with access to the restaurants there is awesome. Maintenance is super fast and helpful

I am a broker who brought a client here to rent. She moved in 4 months ago, and I still haven’t received my commission check. Emails are not returned. Phone calls are not returned. I have been in real estate for over 10 years and I have never met such an irresponsible company or staff. Maybe after seeing my post on Facebook someone will finally take the time to call me back.

This place is beautiful but beware when you move in. The crowd from the marina wakes you up every night between 11-3. Then deliveries start about 4am. The back up alert on the trucks is so annoying. The fire alarm wakes you about once a month. I researched before moving in and could not find a thing on the internet about noise etc. :(.i wish more people spoke up so I could've been more prepared. The staff is friendly and the place is immaculate. The amenities are amazing.
