Pretty average apartment complex. The units are older and definitely in need of some renovations. Management is not the easiest to work with and are slow to fix issues and attend to maintenance requests. We’ve had pretty bad water damage that wasn’t fixed- just painted over. Any time I’ve called the front office they’ve been pretty condescending. The new fitness center and pool are nice. The landscaping is always nice. Just wish they treated the homes people live in and the people living in them with the same care.

I just paid my rent and my dryer still doesn’t work properly.
It runs for less than 5 minutes and turns off. I was told this is a new dryer. If it’s under warranty they should replace it right? WRONG! I’ve been here since July and it’s still doing the same thing. I lost count for how many times I’ve reported the issue.
I’ve requested a call or an acknowledgment that Linda received the email that I sent her to no avail. What do I need to do to get this dryer replaced or be compensated every month until it’s corrected? This issue is on going.

I lived here two years. First year and a half were nice and I was going to renew. However, during the summer of 2021 I faced such blatant unprofessionalism and misuse of "integrity" in a business that it was time get as far away as possible. When it comes to actual issues and concerns, this complex has no idea how to handle them.

After living here for the last year it has been a disappointment to say the least. I have cracks in my walls and ceilings (in areas that can't be reached) I was told at move in we would have the community center for use early summer which we were never able to use. The bug and spider problem is pretty bad and has been "serviced" several times. We have broken steps in our home that we mentioned upon move in which have never been fixed or looked at. The management has always been rude and not helpful at all. We have had our AC break twice. I would not recommend this place at all.

Lived here for 4 years and it was 4 years too long. Crime ridden, no parking, overpriced old apartments from 50 years ago, insect infestation(massive spiders and ants), borderline evil management/ownership, absent or extremely late maintenance, floors falling in, and extremely overpriced. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Your vehicle will get keyed, broken into, or stolen… you will have criminal activity and gear gun fire…. you will have over payed….you will not be safe or comfortable…. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I wish I could add about 3 more stars on top of the 5. First of all the apartment complex is just beautiful, whether you’re coming home from work at night or daytime. Second, I’ve lived here for about 5 years now; they are extremely helpful and if you live with roommates in one apartment and you want to break free to eat ice cream at 3:43 am without the shame of others, they can help you too! And the staff is amazing. They have been some of best housing management Ive encountered( big shout out to Robin, Linda, and Ronnie).

I lived at Stewarts ferry apartment for two years. I have never left a yelp review for an apartment complex but they were so amazing that I had to. Maintenance was always on top of things. Even when I had issues with my air conditioning I consistently reached out and they consistently came and attempted to repair. They even hooked me up with a portable air conditioner while I was waiting on the final repair. I do think the apartment is a little dated but I got a great price on a mid size 1 bedroom With washer and dryer included which is a big bonus for me. The staff in the main office were nothing

I moved in last November, despite amenities being stopped rent stayed the same. Renewal meant increase in rent even though again no amenities. the bank messed up my deposit, so I called for a few extra days and was told after 10 days late they would send me to an attorney for eviction. I've Never missed a payment before!!! Never asked for extension. Robins response was "if bank made mistake why can't they fix it. We were flexible during COVID but January 1st we are back to normal ". I never needed help and COVID is still going? Robin was rude and argumentative, very different

I hate that I have to resort to leaving a negative review for this property as we really enjoyed living here - at first. The grounds are nice and well manicured, but that is about as far as it goes for us anymore. Overcrowded amenities, no parking, brown recluse spiders, wasps swarming the balcony, multiple car break ins, including my own. We no longer feel safe here and when bringing this up to management we were informed that we could break our lease and move per the guidelines on the lease - 60 day notice plus one full months rent. I love the staff at Stewart’s Ferry! We’ve been here for a long time. One of our favorites is the Maintenance Supervisor, Patrick! He is always prompt and almost always has a smile on his face. There isn’t much we throw at him that he doesn’t fix and fix it right. Even in passing he greets you with a nod or hey. The rest of the maintenance staff is quick witted and they make you feel like a friend. The office bunch is amazing as well. They love our fur babies and give them lots of treats when they see them. I just want to extend my heart and my appreciation to the Fogelman group/Stewarts Ferry staff who have worked so hard to help find solutions to help those, myself including, affected by the current Coronavirus crisis. A lot of us have been struck with hardship, in a variety of ways during this time, and for a company to care enough to help alleviate some of this financial strain on us, I don't have enough words for how thankful I am. I lived here for 2 years in the townhouses and every time a semi would jack-knife the entire place would shake and rattle. We always heard the noise from the interstate though the leasing rep swore the place was soundproofed. Once we signed the lease the office staff went from nice and attentive to they cant be bothered with us, even when it came to serious maintenance issues or a rash of car break ins. So glad I left this dump. Id give it negative starts of that was an option

Stewart's Ferry is a gem I found three years ago. I have loved living here for so many reasons: Ronnie and Lisa in the office are outstanding. Patrick, Tom, and the maintenance crew are quick to respond with any issues in a reasonable amount of time, always. The grounds are gorgeous- the flowers, the upkeep, the grass mowing, the trash pickup- every part of it makes "coming home" enjoyable. DO NOT RENT HERE unless you want a 13 month lease of endless bugs in your apartment, tons of issues with your toilets, broken doors, dangerous and shady neighbors, no amenities, stray cats infesting the place, endless fees, and your pool access being denied because they feel like it. This is a DUMP. I always check reviews before I rent, and this place had good ones. That's because everyone reviews this place early on, gives it a good score, and then deals with hell afterwards. Hands down the worst experience that I've ever had as a tenant. There is little to no communication between the office staff and the tenants when it comes to the lease amount increasing or lease end dates. If they decide to call and leave a message, it will be a message that lacks any type of professionalism, but will over compensate with rudeness and disrespect. Robin is the worst. Moved in to the one bedroom townhouse (updated) in June and I have not had any issues at all. I know parking is rough in the apartments side of the property but I think there are alot of people living in apartments that are not actually on the lease agreement. It's just a hop and a skip from down town and all the good shopping (mt.Juliet, Cool springs, green hills). My last apartment was in Cherry Creek and was a nightmare for 2 years. I lived at Stewarts Ferry for three years. The first year, we lived in an apartment on the second floor. Our apartment was not very new and regularly smelled musty. Appliances in kitchen are old and cheap and they charge extra for upgraded appliances in the units. There is NEVER enough parking. They give residents tags to hang in your car, but this is never enforced and parking is always an issue. If you like to park right in front of your unit, this is not the apartment complex for you. My rent has jumped UP twice since I have moved in. It is now $100 more a month. My neighbor pays $100 more than me and another neighbor pays $50 less. It does not make any sense.
Every summer there is a cockroach problem. There are cockroaches all over the breezeways and inside the apartments. I have a newborn and I keep my apartment very clean and one night I found a cockroach in my sons crib. These are old, crappy apartments. Most of your rent goes for keeping up the grounds, the pool & other "amenities" you may never use. Put your car up on blocks for weeks in the lot? They don't care. The air conditioning does not work on hot days in the summer which was all summer this year. They will try to screw you on rent increases. They really don't seem to care if there's no parking & won't enforce the 2 cars only per apartment rule. The 'security' is absolutely useless.
