Samantha has been so wonderful and works hard to make sure her tenants are receiving the best. She goes out of her way to make sure that things are done and I so appreciate her!

Samantha and her team are AMAZING!!!! They are kind and compassionate and work their tails off to ensure happy residents. They are a unique staff in that they are dependable and if they make promises they stand by it! SO grateful for Waterview and the amazing staff. This is such an amazing community to live in

I have recently moved to the community and I must say the office staff was very professional, the apartment was very clean and the office staff moved me in on a Saturday which was very generous considering that they aren't open on Saturdays. The maintenance personnel came and fixed all of the problems I had in my apartment on a timely manner which were minor concerns. They answered all of my questions and when my keys didn't work they came to fix them when I got locked outta my apartment in a timely manner also.

Samantha and T.J. are wonderful!. I don't know the assistant manager so, I can't speak there. But, this place was really hurting until Samantha and T.J. showed up.

TJ (maintenance man) is the absolute best! The reason I’m giving a 5-star review! He comes in a timely manner and fix things the right way, the first time! Kuddos TJ! The biggest thing that office staff needs to figure out and get together is the trash! There’s absolutely no reason why residents can’t throw their trash out at their convenience. Who wants to have trash sitting in their home! Plus they don’t hesitate to fine you for sitting it outside your door or for anything as a matter of fact. Make your moving decision based on your experience and not reviews, anyone can write these.

The office manger is very helpful and very kind and the Maintenance man is very helpful and he’s there when u need him if he tells u he will be there he will I love living here there could be some changes but the office is working on it

Worst living experience of my life. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They painted over 10+ years of people smoking inside the apartment and the tobacco was literally bleeding through the paint. There were rats in the HVAC, tons of mold and mildew and my family had terrible allergies. Neighbors that drank and were loud until 3, 4, 5amost nights and left us unable to sleep with 2 children in the apartment. The locks are not keys you have to scan them and they regularly do not work. Most times this happens after hours so you cannot get in without leaving a maintenance voicemail. We had
