Wonderful caring and helpful people. Gave me information and did all the paperwork and the set up work with the veterans administration to have a memorial service at a national cemetery for my husband and father. I could even pick up the flags for the service locally at the tumwater office. Much appreciated help during a difficult time.

Two years after my parents have been cremated with this company, they sent a letter addressed to my deceased father.
I don't recommend this company to anybody who will have grief to deal with after losing a loved one. It seems like they will not take your pain and grief into consideration years after the fact when sending soliciting letters.
I don't know any better companies to suggest unfortunately.
If they had mailed this addressed to my mother it might have made more sense, but she died 6 months after my dad and was cremated at the exact same place. She's also been dead and gone for almost
