A place to heal from trauma related to various events, situations, relationships, and illnesses. I utilize various approaches including Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral, Family Systems theory, Neuro Science and Trauma informed.

Safety is key when opening up to someone. I strive to provide a safe and comfortable relationship for my clients.
I am trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing). I am excited to share this practice to my psychotherapy sessions with clients. I have trained in Parts 1, 2 & 3 of Laurel Parnell's Attachment Focused EMDR (Relational, part of Therapy, not just a technique).
I began working in mental health in 1992 and worked many years in Community Mental Health or with the County of L.A. I supervised interns and mental health workers for many years.I operated my private practice on a part time basis for many years, and have transitioned into full-time private practice.
