The staff and Dr. Caspe, are very pleasant and easy-going and very personable I actually enjoy going to the office and getting a check up or advice on health or medical or medication makes it really easy and Dr. Caspe, is a persons doctor people doctor. Dr. Caspe, is always willing to take the additional time necessary to answer any of your questions and guide you in the direction that you both agree fit for yourself highly recommend.

I wanted to write this review to share my experiences with this doctors office. I have no issue with the doctor himself but an issue with his staff. They ignore phone calls and put you on hold and then after waiting for over 20 min they hang up on you. I will call during work hours and they won't answer, I leave a message with my name and phone number and they never get back to me. The only way I can ever get anything done is when I physically walk into the office to schedule an appt. It is time consuming and annoying. When I was in the office scheduling an appt I saw girls at the front desk continuing

I have never experienced a more unprofessional place in my entire life. I would like to give this clinic 0 stars. Theodore Caspe was extremely rude and disrespectful. From the time I walked in until the time I left, I felt as though I was treated with complete disrespect. This doctor does not care for his patient's and does not know how to individualize each appointment/ care to the specific patient. I am still in shock by how I was treated. He invalidated my concerns and insulted me throughout the entire time of my appointment. I was very uncomfortable. I do not know how he has a license to treat

100% this office pays for their reviews. Don't be fooled. No way they have actually talked to anyone in that staff and have a good one.
Just a little advice for whoever decides to go there... if you call and they don't answer, don't press 1 as an existing patient because they don't care about you. Always press 2 as a new patient because they answer right away.
I don't know why they want new patients when they don't even care about the ones they already have.
My dad was treated very poorly there today. Staff was rude and didn't want to help him. That's not ok.

Dr. Caspe has been our family doctor for many years and continues to provide the best care. We live in San Diego, CA and make the drive to his office for our health needs. He’s the only doctor who actually cares about our personal health requirements compared to past doctors we have as in the past. We highly recommend Dr. Caspe as your family care practitioner.
