This is one of the most unprofessional doctors I have ever met. If you switch over to this clinic, be aware that you will only get appointments with the physician assistant (PA), in which they lie to their patient and tell them that she is a doctor. The problem is that neither the PA nor any of the staff are helpful in any way. If you are lucky enough to get an appt with "Dr" Khaled, he will treat you in an extremely rude and condescending way. I love this office. I've been a patient here for years. Justine is awesome. I feel like she really listens and cares. She recently went on leave for a few months. During the time Justine was on leave I saw Linda, who was equally sweet and caring. All the PA's are great here. Dr El Said is wonderful too. The office staff and medical assistants are always cheerful and extremely professional. The providers are great, and the office is also located in a great neighborhood. Today was my first time at the clinic and I love it. The staff was so nice and caring when I needed assistance it didn’t bother them to help me one bit they have a smile at all times very professional the girls upfront checked me in right away The one that took me to the back was also very helpful they made me feel very welcomed . Dr. Said called me back, the front desk staff was not relaying the messages to him for me. He cleared me for the covid antibody test, whick I will be taking Monday. I was very upset and frustrated. I hope he has another office or that these workers are trained to respect the clients. I know Dr. Said wants his reputation kept clean. Thank you for contacting me Dr. Said. My only bad review is the treatment by office staff otherwise I would give a higher rating. I will let you know after my next visits.

This doctor is horrible. He has no respect with the way he speaks to others. He believes because he is a “doctor” that it means anything. He is not humble or caring at all. I even went through and read his replies to other patients and he does not speak in a professional manner. How he became a doctor is a beyond me. I hope he doesn’t last in this field because he does not deserve to be called a doctor. He is no doctor in my eyes.

Been going here for the last 4 or 5 years. Justine the PA is amazing! She takes the time to listen and discuss any questions I have during my appointments. The girls that work in front office are always helpful and friendly. Justine has been out of the office the last few months so I have had to interact with Dr. El Said. I am very pleased with him too. I emailed asking about bloodwork I had done because I had not heard anything back which I assumed no news, is good news but figured I would double check. He responded to my email and called me to let me know everything was fine on a SATURDAY. That
