Horrible experience! My appointment in December was cancelled because everyone in the office had COVID. I was told I would be rescheduled and three weeks later I received a call from the manager Jacqueline who said she could not accommodate my schedule. I asked why not and her answer was I was not the only patient who needed to be seen. I explained that my prescriptions needed to be refilled and she began to scream at me and suggested that I see another doctor. The office manager’s proclivity for outbursts is the reason I will not be returning to this office.

0 stars if I could. Tried to make an appointment in the beginning of December could not get thru. I went to the office and it was closed for 2 hour lunch everyday called in again and rude receptionist told me the doctor is not there Fridays and only half days the rest of the week. Asked to talk to manager to explain and was told they were not there either. This office has a very limited appointment availably, rude and absent staff. This office needs to close down!

This was a hard choice for me to take my dad to a new provider. But I have to say Dr. Mangoba is a very professional he explained and answered all my questions and concerns. The staff is very funny, polite and helpful. I was surprised of all the help my dad received by office staff the two ladies are very wonderful. The fact that I didn't have to worry about me translating english to spanish for my dad was great, a interpreter was provided by his insurance was wonderful she was very polite and explained every single detail well. The staff went beyond to give my dad that extra help by scheduling

Yoo, IEHP members. Dont make this guy your primary, they'll send you to a homeless shelter that he doesn't even pratice out of. Youll be seen by undertrained nurses and nurse practicioners. Stay away from this clinic, I think it's more for people who don't really have options of choosing their primary care physicians.
