Riverside Physician Network is an association of more than 50 of the best Primary Care Physicians and 120 of the top Specialists in the Greater Riverside area. The network was created in 1984 to focus on the health care needs of those residents, and today we are among the largest and most experienced physician organizations in the region.
Riverside Physician Network is an Independent Physician Association (IPA), which means our doctors are associated through the network while still maintaining independent practices. Our patients get the convenience of a neighborhood family doctor, in the comfortable setting of a private office or group.
Riverside Physician Network is understandably proud of the long list of Physicians and Specialists who make up our association. The doctors listed here share more than simply being linked through our network. They are, individually, among the most talented, knowledgeable and experienced medical professionals in Southern California.
Our After Hours Care Centers provide treatment for such urgent, non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries as colds, childhood illnesses, diarrhea, dislocations, fever, infections, minor accidental injuries and sprains. At our After Hours Care Centers, you will have faster access to medical professionals trained to handle many non-life-threatening emergency medical conditions.
Riverside Physician Network Case Management Program has been developed to provide assistance to members and their families who are experiencing multiple or complex medical problems. We can assist you by coordinating the information, alternatives, and resources necessary to support the member's treatment and recovery.

This network is a covert insurance company. I have a great HMO and can get just about any service I need. Then the riverside physicians network get involved... we have to battle them for everything when the HMO is ok with it. For example: I broke my leg 10 weeks ago. A week ago I was supposed to get a support boot and get my cast off. My doctor said that the boot wasn't approved yet. So naturally I called my hmo. They said they had no problem approving it and they approved it a week before my appointment. They submitted it to RPN once they got it. So I called RPN and they said they also needed
